A pleasant stay in a nicely set up appointment but some issues with the bathrooms. Very easy walks to most attractions.

Pro: Excellent location Host very helpful re getting to the property and met us on time

Contro: Bathrooms were substandard. The spa bath was inoperable and the accompanying shower was dark with non functional accessories. Our shower was tiny with poorly adjusted sliding doors. Our bedroom bedside lamp was non functional with loose wiring.

Pro: A Beautiful and spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need and more. Excellent location on a quiet side street, moments away from Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. The host was great with communication, met us at the nearest boat stop to guide us to the apartment and gave us maps of Venice to make it as easy as possible for us.

Fabulous location. Very spacious and well equipped apartment. We had a lovely 4 night break.

Pro: Francesca was very helpful in meeting us off the boat and taking us to the apartment.

Contro: We liked everything as it was very spacious and well equipped. A few small additions would help - somewhere to hang towels in bedroom/bathroom, a toaster in the kitchen, the fridge door is very difficult to open.

Great apartment in the centre of Venice

Pro: Great apartment with great space in a great location. Really well appointed.

Contro: If you are really picky, Ca' Mandorla is slightly dated, but for us this was completely trumped by how well appointed it was and its location

Pro: Very clean, well located near boat station and supermarket. San Marco is at 10 min walk. The apartment has everything you need.

Pro: Apartamento Com Excelente localização e conforto. Nos sentimos em Casa. Cuidado com detalhes como frasqueiras, chinelos e itens essenciais de cozinha fizeram que nos sentíssemos muito aconchego.

A lovely and spacious villa in the heart of Venice!

Pro: We loved the location and the authenticity and spaciousness of the place!

Contro: It was all great!

Perfection in Venezia!

Pro: The property has the most amazing location and a beautiful garden to visually enjoy! Arianna was super sweet, very informative, and she was super fast to respond to questions. If you take a private boat taxi, take the San Benetto drop off point, it's about a one minute walk to the location. If you take a public boat the drop off is San Angelo and it's about a 5 minute walk. Everywhere is walkable! We went to mass at St. Mark's Sunday morning and my 85 year old mother walked with us. We were a family ranging from 22 to 85 and the set up could not have been any better. There's a grocery store about 2 minutes away; we went to it everyday to purchase wines, breakfast foods (eggs, prosciutto, cereal, milk, etc., and food for complete meals. We were there 5 nights and made 2 fabulous dinners. The family is Italian and everyone loves to cook! It was wonderful! If you have questions just reach out, they will be answered quickly.

Pro: Die Lage ist perfekt. Ruhig und trotzdem total zentral.

Contro: Gibts nichts zu beanstanden.

Pro: Size is very good comfortable. Location to ferry stop, though location to main attraction was little far to walk. Host was very communicative and so nice of her to pick us up at boat station and walk thru the property.

Contro: Second floor and not water front.
