In the center of Venice

An enjoyable week in a nice property.

Pro: Great location and very well equipped. Communication was excellent. I was a bit concerned about using the app to gain first entry as we were arriving around midnight but it worked perfectly. Having the lift was great as the stairs are quite narrow carrying luggage. Generally the stay was really enjoyable and everything worked as it should. There is a handy supermarket 30 seconds away.

Contro: I wasn’t so keen on the quality/location of the main bed. Could do with an ironing board and I couldn’t find the drying rack, but all the other laundry facilities were very good.

Fantastic stay, very happy with the accommodation

Pro: Location was great. Good communication from host. Very clean and neat. great value, I would stay there again.

Contro: The iuse of an app to open to building door. The App did not always work. so needed to persist at times

Contro: No English TV for the news. Not enough hot water for more than one shower. Need a warning not to stamp on the floor so the downstairs neighbour doesn’t complain Do we take recycling sacks to foyer? Not clear.

Pro: The location is very good. Spacious apartment. Friendly staff.

Contro: There is not enough safe, there is not enough shelf near the bed for the phone. But most importantly, there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom, which is a big problem on hot days.

Pro: calefacción ,lavadora y secadora, mucho menaje de cocina.

Contro: sofá muy duro y las habitaciones se comunican.

Pro: The apartment was easy to locate. Right in the center and within walking distance to all amenities and attractions. It was well equipped with everything you could need, we loved staying here, and would stay again if we ever come back.

Great Venice apartment

Pro: The location was convenient to tourist sites, grocery store, and pharmacy. All of the appliances were in good working order.it was great to have an elevator!

Contro: The mattresses were thin, but okay.

Séjour au calme à Venise

Pro: L'appartement est situé au calme, dans une grande cour, chose assez rare à Venise. Au deuxième étage, avec ascenseur. Il y a une très bonne épicerie CONAD, avec un comptoir traiteur bien garni, juste au coin de la rue. Il est très spacieux (deux chambres !), très, très propre. Le style de l'appartement est un peu vieillot, cependant bien rénové. Cuisine et salle de bains modernes. C'est sécuritaire.

Contro: Je ne veux signaler que de petits inconvénients, qui ne nous ont pas empêché d'apprécier notre séjour dans cet appartement. C'est vrai que c'est à 15 minutes de marche de la gare. Cependant, à Venise, il y a des ponts, tous en escaliers. Presque impossible de se rendre à l'appartement par ses propres moyens avec plusieurs valises. Il faut prendre un service de porteur. Depuis la gare, on demande 35 euros et ça vaut le coût. Les matelas sont des futons; on aime ou on n'aime pas. Il faut fermer les fenêtres le soir, sinon les moustiques vous importuneront. Demandez le nécessaire pour chasser les moustiques. Le ventilateur de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas; nous l'avons signalé aux propriétaires. Pas de suivi.

Pro: L'emplacement, l'espace, la proximité des commerces et restaurants.

Contro: Ras

Séjour magnifique dans une ville sublime et un appartement très agréable et confortable.

Pro: Tout : la situation géographique au cœur de Venise, le peu de bruit du quartier, le confort, le bon état et l'espace de l'appartement.

Contro: Deux petits bémols : les odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bains (qui n'envahissaient pas tout l'appartement). Pas facile à trouver, le lien Google Maps ou Plan (pour l'iPhone) que nous avions reçu, nous envoyaient dans une mauvaise direction.
