A charming Venetian apartment in a central location!

Pro: Beautiful apartment with lovely frescoe’d walls and decorations in a central location at San Polo. All the facilities were in good working condition. Walkable to good restaurants and key attractions. The property manager Michele was very welcoming and responsive. We were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and a basket of snacks.

Hidden gem in a quiet courtyard, offering palazzo style in mercantile quarters

Pro: This is a glorious place, and it’s location is spectacular if you are keen to visit all quarters of Venice. Beware that during acqua alta you will be wading through the vestibule but the water entrance is stunning and added all the charm for us. We had a mini problem with hot water, however, Michele fixed this immediately. He is a superb property manager, extremely responsive and nothing was too much trouble. We could not recommend this place more highly.

Contro: There’s nothing we didn’t love about this property. Fortunate are those who get to stay here!

Great room and easy to navigate

Pro: Large roomy two bedroom two bathroom comfortable historic flat in a great location overlooking canals.

Séjour incroyable et inoubliable.

Pro: L’appartement est magnifique comme sur les photos et Michele nous a très gentiment accueilli ! Idéalement situé avec sa supérette et restaurants à proximité. En plein cœur de la vie vénitienne et à quelques minutes également du vaporetto ou traghetto pour se rendre dans le quartier San Marco. Les nuits sont calmes et la literie excellente. Notre séjour était parfait.

Contro: Tout était parfait.

Hermoso departamento para sentirse plenamente en Venecia

Pro: El departamento es hermoso, típico veneciano. Muy bien equipado y muy bien ubicado. Con detalles de atención que se agradecen como capsulas de café, un prosecco, y otros. Muy buena comunicación con el dueño.

Contro: Había obras en el edificio de al lado que no habian sido informadas previamente. Pasamos frío ya que el departamente no habia sido calefaccionado con anterioridad a nuestra llegada y/o no funcionaba correctamente la calefacción. Luigi nos hizo un reembolso parcial para compensar el malestar.

This is a great place to base yourself for a Vencie experiance! Large, clean and quiet!

Pro: Space was excellent. Location was great, quiet out of the way but near everything we needed to be by!

Pro: Maravilhoso! Havia um canal à beira e na entrada do apartamento, com água do canal. A decoração parecia uma obra de arte e havia muito espaço para a famila inteira. Michele, o gestor, foi impecável.

Contro: Havia um ar condicionado que não funcionava.

A gorgeous home base from which to explore Venice

Pro: The location was perfect - a non-touristy neighborhood in a central location. We loved having the grocery store nearby and a great cafe & wine bar in a couple minute's walk. It was a 10-15 minute walk to just about everywhere we wanted to go and the water taxi was also easy to catch from the local stop. The apartment itself was beautiful. The natural light and different canal views out of every window made it feel like a true Venetian experience. Having two bedrooms with separate bathrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out.

Pro: L'appartement possède un intérieure typiquement vénitien qui permet d'être dans l'ambiance de cette magnifique cité. La cuisine même petite est pratique et bien équipée. L'appartement est très bien centré à proximité de nombreux très bons restaurants. L'agencement est de tout confort et la situation est très calme durant la nuit. Je peux recommander à 100% cette location.

Contro: Rien tout était parfait

Pro: Wunderschöne, stilvolle Wohnung! Alles perfekt, tolle Ausstattung
