Pro: Ottima posizione comoda da raggiungere e tranquilla

Pro: La praticità, posizione perfetta, host gentile e disponibile, servizio e arredamento

Contro: Isolamento del rumore, dalla rampa delle scale si sentono nitidi i discorsi di chi sta all’interno dell’appartamento per via della fessura sotto la porta d’ingresso. Il piano cottura necessita di un accendino per funzionare e in casa non l’ho trovato ma è bastato acquistarlo al minimarket a 1 minuto di distanza.

Essenziale e funzionale

Pro: Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Siamo a Venezia e si sa che tutto costa. Se non si hanno pretese questo appartamentino fuori dal caos ma comunque comodissimo e non così distante dalle attrazioni principali fa al caso vostro. Per un soggiorno essenziale senza spendere un rene è perfetto. L'acqua calda funzionava ed anche il riscaldamento, letto nella media, bagno vecchiotto ma funzionava tutto, travi a vista e pavimento in legno contribuiscono all'autentica esperienza della città, dove si respira storia.

Contro: Nulla di rilevante, per un soggiorno essenziale è stato perfetto

Pro: Vicino a tanti negozi e botteghe Lontano però dal caos Silenzioso e tranquillo

Contro: Un po' distante dalle attrazioni turistiche,come la Chiesa di Piazza San Marco

An excellent, comfortable budget stay, close to all the main attractions.

Pro: The location is brilliant, very close to the Gugli stop on the Orange water bus from the airport, and just a few minutes to the station. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, yet close to a main shopping street with plenty of restaurants and bars. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen adequate for cooking, if you are an organized chef!

Contro: It took a while to work out that the hob needed to be plugged in for the ignition to work, which meant unplugging the fridge under the sink (maybe supply a gas lighter?). Neither the reading lights nor the bathroom mirror light worked and there were only half the bulbs on the bedroom chandelier working so the bedroom was a little dim (we meant to tell Mario while we were there but made do).

Pro: Well located has everything you need, such as little kitchen and stuff with everything you could use.

Contro: Got a little hot and aircon unit didn’t work great

Pro: It is close to the train and bus station so if you have a luggage it is easy access.There was a kitchen so you can prepare breakfast or anything

Perfect location

Pro: This apartment is well located in one of the good areas of Venice. Everything like waterbus, railway, bus stations are walking distance. Service was good and everything was well arranged and informed.

Pro: Yo ya estuve ahí y me encanta …es simplemente maravilloso estar en una zona tan cerca de todo y con unos anfitriones maravillosos
