Posizione strategica

Pro: Posizione ottima, non al centro ma vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria, ma anche vicino a due fermate battello. In pochi minuti arrivi un po' dappertutto. Servizio check-in online.

Contro: Ultimo piano senza ascensore, ma purtroppo i vecchi edifici sono così.

Pro: Posizione, pulizia, accoglienza, cera tutto il necessario

Contro: 4 piano con scale strette senza ascensore

Pro: Beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice. Everything was clean and exactly like the pictures. The only thing we found slightly uncomfortable is the bed. It’s two single beds pushed together. Other than that it was sublime!

Spacious top floor apartment with a few minor issues!

Pro: Lovely spacious place nestled in a quiet spot of Venice, but also right by the main walkways to get about quickly. Everything you'd need for a short stay and the views of the canal were great!

Contro: The caveat of having the great view was being on the top floor, which wasn't clear to us as we spent 15 minutes figuring that out the hard way! The stairs aren't the nicest of things so I wouldn't say it's very accessible. (I'm in my 20's so going up and down 4 flights of stairs didn't bother me much). The flickering lights in the apartment had me feeling like I was in a nightclub at times - the dimmer seemed to bug out quite a bit, but again, not too big an issue. I found an Iron, but to my knowledge, no ironing board, unless I missed this. Realised that the bed was 2 single beds together and, at times, decided to move apart trying to eat you.

Great place to stay in Venice

Pro: The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities except the washing machine.

Contro: You have to climb 4 floors of steep stairs.

We very much enjoyed our stay, because the palce was comfortable.

Pro: The location was very easy to find, well located, clean and everything worked perfectly

Contro: A little smell coming from the bathroom that was not really nice and the stair case could be a bit cleaner. Maybe also a more cosy lamp in the living could be nicer.

Pro: Calidad precio perfecto, ubicación excelente,el apartamento muy bien, nos ha gustado muchísimo y recomendamos

Pro: Location is great. Close to the train station and close to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and the vaparetto. There is a well equipped kitchen.

Contro: Some people could find the stairs up to the apartment a little steep. The staircase could be renovated/updated.
