Pro: The apartment was good and it had everything we required. The position is good with a supermarket and restaurants close by. The property management were excellent. Communication was easy and efficient. We informed the contact person of our arrival, once we landed, and met at the apartment. Thanks a lot dear Cristina.! See you next time, Giudecca was the best choice to stay in Venice.

All round we really enjoyed our stay Venice is a brilliant place to visit it is our fourth time.
Pro: The apartment was good and it had everything we required. The position is good with a supermarket and restaurants close by. The property management were excellent.
Contro: I am being a bit unfairly negative just because the apartment was smaller than I anticipated from the photos but the big drawback is that there are no windows and no views. Giudecca is the best place to stay it is so nice to get back there after all the crowds on mainland Venice and relax.

Nothing was a problem during our stay, keys pick-up, extra set of sheets for sofa, departure.

Little stay in Venice
Pro: We really like the host. So caring and informative. The location was lovely .
Contro: The bathroom needs an update especially bath, also more toiletries would be nice. The bed especially pillows very uncomfortable.

Pro: It was easy to find, well situated and felt like home.
Contro: We had noisy neighbors but this wasn’t under the control of the host.

Pro: L’emplacement est parfait. Le confort du mobilier et de l’appartement en lui même est parfait aussi.
Contro: Le bruit au sein de l’appartement est présent. On entend parfois les appartements d’à côté mais également le bruit de dehors. L’isolation n’est pas assez bonne et cela pouvait déranger pour dormir par exemple.

Pro: В апартаментах было очень чисто. И было всё что нужно для комфортного проживания там
Contro: Был слегка специфический запах в апартаментах. И одеяло лежало на простыне. Не в пододеяльнике. На одну ночь это еще потерпеть можно но я ночевала там 5 дней и мне это было крайне не комфортно

Clean, home away from home place in Venice!
Pro: It is a great, spacious, well equipped, safe area. There are grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, walkable, and the host is so responsive and share great resources including recommendations for ordering in, etc.
Contro: The only thing is that I needed to go to Lido and learned that the ferries are not as often from Giudecca to Lido so you need to take multiple ferries. Google Maps does not really have the correct information so be diligent with checking the correct ferries and passes.

Pro: Vom Eintreffen bus zur Abreise perfekt, sauber, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage super neben Vaporetto Station, nur 1 Station zum Trubel. Wir durften am Abreisetag sogar das Gepäck bis zum Abend im Office lassen, danke für die schöne Zeit, LG
