Pro: Appartamento molto bello, arredato bene con tutti i confort , posizione ottima ! In centro vicino ai punti di maggior interesse . market adiacente comodissimo.. eccellente !!!

Pro: Incredible apartment - everything as described and as shown in the photos. Situated in such a lovely, quieter area of Venice too. We would love to stay there again.

A taste of the real Venice.

Pro: We loved the canal-side location here, only 15 minutes away from the busy centre. It was beautifully peaceful compared with the Grand Canal and a lovely insight into real life in Venice as you strolled through the streets to get here. Very handy for water bus stops at Castello to the islands and a supermarket literally a minute away. Excellent food and drinks were only a few minutes walk away. The apartment itself was amazing, breakfast and evening drinks on the small private area on the canal were really treasured moments. Roberta was helpful and very easy to deal with too, making the whole process a delight.

Contro: It was perfect for us, no complaints.

Pro: The apartment itself, the location, the equipment, the furniture, all was great. We had some wonderful time in the apartment.

Contro: The check-in: due to some miscommunication on the apartment's management side, no one was waiting for us at the apartment. After some calls, Matteo showed up at least 1 hour past our arrival, and started the cleaning. Finally, we could move in 3 hours after our planned and announced arrival time.

Pro: The place is wonderful. View is breathtaking, AC is crisp and cold, and the kitchen is fully equipped which is not typical for Italy. We even had coffee, tea, oil and all the other amenities. There is a nicely stocked shop like 20 steps away. Area is nice and cosy.

Pro: Really beautiful accomodation with terrace with beautiful view. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, comfortable beds. Great location, supermarket just next door, near to water stop, walking distance to San Marco. Great communication with the owener. Next trip to Venezia, we Will definitelly choose same acccomodation.

We loved it. Very peaceful and simultaneously very accessible.

Pro: Spacious, on the water, fully equipped, a stones throw away from the biennale. The staffs are amazing.

Great, peaceful location with own deck onto canal.

Pro: The little deck overlooking the canal is the best part of this apartment - a sunny place to have breakfast and watch the world go by. It is in a great location, in a quieter, less touristy feeling area of Venice, yet only 15 minutes walk from St Marks but don’t forget to explore this end of the island too. Fabulous mini market opposite. Apartment very large for the 2 of us. Host very helpful with great restaurant recommendations.

Contro: Bedroom a little squashed and bedside tables would be nice.

Pro: a unique experience in Venice. Very cozy apartments. There is everything you need. Comfortable bed. And the beautiful terrace overlooking the canal became our favorite place to relax. highly recommend. and many thanks to Roberta for her attention and help. We really want to come back))
