Pro: Ottima zona, appartamento pulito e molto accogliente.

Pro: Appartamento disposto nel modo giusto, tutto perfettamente funzionante, accessori e attrezzature giuste. Letti comodi, forse un po' bassi per le nostre abitudini, divano perfetto. Bella l' idea della penisola al posto del tavolo. La strada per arrivare a San Marco non è troppo lunga e ha fatto parte della nostra \

Contro: La doccia era scivolosa...forse un tappetino antiscivolo sarebbe meglio. E nonostante la porta fosse chiusa è uscita acqua. Il letto comodo ma veramente basso. Anche se non siamo molto anziane (intorno ai 60 anni) per noi era scomodo alzarci da così in basso. I caloriferi si spengono troppo presto e si accendono troppo tardi...in certi momenti faceva freddino.

Excellent choice for an authentic Venetian experience

Pro: The apartment is conveniently located in Campo Beccarie, right next to Mercato di Rialto. The apartment is very clean and excellent size for Venice: spacious, large beds, dressers, fully equipped kitchen (tap water is drinkable), enough space in the rooms and good size bathroom. The windows overlook Campo Beccarie from the living room and one of the bedrooms, and a narrow Venetian canal from the master bedroom and the bathroom, which makes it so authentic Venetian. The owners communicated excellently, sending messages on Booking, Whatsapp and e-mail. Note that their working hours are 9-18, so all communication should be done within these hours.

Contro: Even I definitely recommend the apartment, note that it's located right next to the fish market, so the smell in the morning, if you open the windows, could be bothersome for fine noses :)

Short Venice break

Pro: The accommodation is well equipped, good value for money, comfortable and in a great location for the sights of Venice

Pro: Perfect location, close to Rialto Bridge and walking distance to all main sights. Spacious and stylish room with square view on one side and canal on the other. Fish market right downstairs and a convenient store is also on the square.

Fabulous and would very happily return and highly recommend.

Pro: Location was amazing - less than a 5minutes to Rialto Bridge. Very comfortable stay for our family of 5.

Contro: Air con in master bedroom was a bit weak.

Pro: Location excellent you can walk everywere from this appartment. A Spar and restaurants right on your doorstep.

Contro: The fact that I booked a water taxi via Faville tours for date of arrival for £150. The actual fee for a private water taxi is £75. That was a total rip off.

Pro: Fantastic location, the apartment was clean, and the host was great.

Contro: Nothing. We enjoyed our stay

Pro: Great location, very clean. Easy to find with the instructions given. Shower was powerful & hot water. Great apartment to stay for a few nights.

Contro: The kitchen waas well stocked to cater for yourself however no tea towel to dry up & no chopping board to cut up bread, didn't want too mark worktop tried cutting bread on a plate & dried up with kitchen paper roll.
