pleasant, no fuss, easy location

Pro: all new looking and in working order, could not fault it for value. It served us well for the days we stayed.

Contro: smallish shower, but that’s not the owners fault if the property is old and bathroom planning restricted.

Perfect apartman in the best place

Pro: The apartman was clean, well equipped. Towels, washing mashing, cleaning powder, tv and and air condition every room. There were lots of things for cooking. We loved it!!!!! It was near to the fish market, the Rialto Bridge, there's a Despar within 3 minutes, lots of restaurant and bar. The owner is very helpful, and kind !!! I offer this apartman for everybody!

Pro: It was very central. It was compact but functional. It was a great jumping off spot to explore Venice.

Pro: The owner was very helpful, he met us near the property since we couldn't find it. I think providing the exact address would've been better. Other than that everything was fine. Point of reference could be Rialto bridge which is 3 blocks from the apt.

Pro: Inspite late arrival the owner picked from the Station up, Very friendly

Host was patient to wait for us during later than E or ted arrival.

Pro: Excellent location, spacious and cool at the height of summer.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Venice

Pro: The apartment was beautiful and loved that we all had a separate space. Air con was great

Contro: We were told when we got there that there was no hot water and the boiler wasn’t working properly so this was very disappointing. Also found it difficult to find the person to meet who had the keys so think the check in needs to be easier so you can find a better meeting place

Pro: Beautiful apartment, stocked with all the basic provisions needed, good location near Rialto Bridge

Contro: Google maps didn't locate the apartment, so a basic map/drawing would be useful as there is a maze of alleyways. Shower not great.

It was nice.

Pro: Really nice location and very good size flat. Better to be somewhere central of Venice so you can walk all around very easily. Kitchen was very nice and we had everything we needed.

Contro: Few things; 1- Shower head holder was broken 2- Hot water in the shower wasn’t very hot even though the water setting was set to 60 decrees; i guess the sensor of the boiler needs to change. 3- TV battery in the bedroom was dead. Kitchen and bedroom tv simply didn’t work. I mean if you are running this place as your main business I would have just bought a Smart TV so people can just log into their netflix accounts or something from Youtube when they come back home after a long day with kids. 4- It was bit noisy in the morning around 5;30 when the restaurants and shops were delivering their stock but i guess where ever you book this might happen. 5- I mean we are used to nice comfortable beds & quality mattress. Once again I suggest that the owner just get a nice bed, quality mattress so people sleeping on will wake up rested. Seems like a big negative list but actually very easy for the owner to fix. Otherwise we were really happy with the location of the flat.

Pro: To, że bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, naprawdę komfortowy apartament, czysty, wyposażony i z wygodnymi łóżkami, to wszystko czytałam przed wyjazdem i to potwierdzam w 100 procentach. To co nowego chcę napisać od siebie to podziękowanie i uznanie za pomoc, która okazał nam właściciel obiektu. Podejście człowieka poznaje się nie wtedy kiedy wszystko idzie po myśli ale wówczas gdy wyniknie problem. Taki zdarzył się podczas naszego pobytu. Gospodarz pomógł nam go rozwiązać, bo jak sam powiedział najważniejsze jest dla niego to abyśmy byli zadowoleni z pobytu.
