Fantastic location

Pro: Barbara was very accommodating and met us at the water taxi to walk us to the apartment. She gave us many recommendations and suggestions for our stay. The apartment had everything we needed and the location was frankly perfect.

Contro: The air con unit was in the single room and this was to cool the entire apartment. It wasn’t strong enough to do that. I messaged Barbara and within a few hours a technician arrived to turn the strength up which was appreciated. If a person was to stay in that room they would freeze so the rest of the apartment could stay at a somewhat comfortable temperature.

Pro: The property is at a good location with good access to shops, bars and sightseeing attractions. The host was lovely and explained everything very well. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location and very comfortable

Pro: Valentina was great at making contact about getting to the property and when we met her she was very thorough showing us the property and helping us with organising our way to airport when we were leaving.

Pro: Good central location. Lots of room for two people. Bright and airy and felt safe.

Contro: Kitchen is tight and mattress too hard for wife.

Magnifique. Super. Jamais déçus

Pro: Excellent emplacement. Au cœur de Venise et en même temps tranquille. Propreté rien à dire. Pour pinailler un peu: il manque quelques ustensiles au niveau de la cuisine comme couteaux de cuisine et plat et le canapé de salon manque un peu de confort. Tout le reste est molto bene! On le conseillera sans aucun doute à nos amis qui veulent visiter Venise!

Pro: Mitten in der Innenstadt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, umgeben von Restaurants und den leckersten Eisdielen, in der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt, der Kontakt zu Valentina war sehr sympathisch, sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Alles perfekt.

Würde wieder dort wohnen, Lage ist großartig und Betreuung war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht

Pro: Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, überall schöne Bilder, alles neu möbliert. Das Badezimmer ist modern mit toller großer Dusche. Super Wasserdruck! Bett im großen Schlafzimmer wunderbar, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist höchstens für kleine Kinder geeignet. Bett klein und Zimmer auchvsehr klein und dunkel. Küche hab ich nur zum Kaffee kochen benützt, aber doch gut mit Geschirr ausgestattet.

Contro: Wir waren als Mutter mit 18 jährigen Sohn unterwegs und hätten gut ein zweites vollwertiges Schlafzimmer gebraucht.

Trés beau séjour à Venise

Pro: Cet appartement est très agréable, bien équipé et très bien situé. Valentina est très sympathique.Elle est venue nous accueillir à l'arrivée de notre bateau et nous a donné les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement de notre séjour.

Pro: Фантастика! Отличные апартаменты. Есть все. Очень удачное расположение квартиры, центр близко, при этом тихо. Можно дойти как до Риальто, так и на другую сторону острова на f.te.nove . Минут 5 идти. Удачная планировка, Квартира не жаркая даже с выключенным кондиционером. Рядом есть супермаркет, рестораны. Фото соответствуют. Приятное угощение в виде вкуснейшего Проссеко.
