Pro: Situation in Castello was good and apt. was spacious for us. Everything was clean and two bathrooms were good. Many restaurants close by and the place was cosy.

Contro: After the rain some bad smell came in.

Quiet spacious apartment away from touristy areas

Pro: Spacious and quiet apartment. Great location near Via Garabaldi where ordinary Venetians shop. Lots of local eateries. The apartment had everything we needed.

Contro: Minor problems only - Carrying the luggage up 2 flights of stairs was hard work. The pillows were a bit lumpy.

Pro: Perfect stay for group of 7 people! Very clean and cozy apartments! Would totally recommend! Host is super!

Contro: Could be more stuff in the kitchen, for example coffee, glasses for wine.

Pro: Квартира большая удобная, все очень чисто, хорошая постель и кровати. Есть полотенца, посуда, бокалы, кастрюли сковородки и т.п. В доме есть еще 2 квартиры. Место в 10 мин хотьбы до пристани, много ресторанов, магазинов кафе.( Водное такси к дому не приходит).

Contro: Пульт от tv и кондицирнера не было, отопление зимой не включено, сами включали, замерзли пока за пару часов нагревались спальни, в одной из душевых с туалетов был очень сильный запах вони конолизации который доходил сразу в кухню и соседнюю спальню. Квартира на 2 этаже, много ступеней не легко подниматься кто не в спорте...

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons

Pro: Vaste appartement très bien situé, parfait pour visiter la Biennale en groupe (6 personnes). Bien équipé. Quartier très plaisant. Bonne réactivité du gestionnaire.

Contro: Quelques torchons dans la cuisine et un grille-pain seraient les bienvenus.

Grand appartement propre et bien équipé

Pro: Appartement grand et confortable. Mobilier typique, faut aimer. Nous n'avons jamais rencontré le responsable mais il était réactif. Pas très chaleureux cependant, mais bon, il fait le job. A noter: le prix de l'appartement fait le grand écart d'un jour à l'autre, soyez attentifs ( et moins cher sur Booking.com que sur air&b😉). J'ai eu de la chance et estime avoir profité d'un excellent rapport qualité- prix

Contro: Le gestionnaire pourrait être un peu plus chaleureux, mais il est réactif, x'est ce qui compte finalement g
