Pro: This house was perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location and fit us all comfortably. There was plenty of information with maps and recommendations. The host was generous to come and let us in early to drop off our luggage.

Pro: location was great and size of the apartment was good for both location and price
Contro: we where is meet Tommaso the host but he was not able to meet so he whatsapp the directions instead which was fine as the apartment was easy to find. however he forgot to get a copy of our passport info for the city and city tax so I had to email the info and revolut the finds to him after we left. but for some reason he is having issues with Revolut and i had to send twice since. but bar all that the place was great

2 days of exploring and discovering Venice.
Pro: Close to San Stae boat stop and easy walking to major attractions.Tomasso great host always available to answer any questions.Excellent for families.

Absolutely enjoyed staying in 'Venice in the House'.
Pro: This is a wonderful apartment, in a lovely area of Venice that is a short walking distance to all central points of interests. Restaurants and bars are a stone's throw away. The apartment is well stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable family stay. The wifi connection is fantastic, and my little one loved watching all her favourite cartoons in Italian! The host is also lovely and readily available to answer any questions, much as he provides fantastic information about what to do/where to eat in every part of Venice, which can be found in the flat. We particularly loved the lovely gesture of Italian biscuits and some other goodies in the apartment. I would go back to that flat in a heartbeat.
Contro: The main bedroom is beautiful but it lacked window shutters and it can get a bit noisy during busy times, such as the Venetian carnival.

Pro: Super ubytování na krásném náměstíčku v centru Benátek, pár minut chůze od mostu Rialto, všemi směry to bylo kousek do pěkných restaurací barů a kaváren. Byt měl prostorný obývací pokoj spojený s kuchyní a dvě samostatné ložnice, v kuchyni bylo vše potřebné, včetně myčky. Detaily jako například, že by se lépe hodil sprchový kout, než vana pominu, to bych si mohl rovnou stěžovat, že se nedá k ubytování dojet autem :-) Venice in the House je opravdu výstižný název, užili jsme si atmosféru Benátek naplno.

Pro: Host was really nice, friendly, and responsive. The location is excellent and the apartment was very comfortable and well outfitted for a family stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Contro: We had some issues with building power outages, no fault of the host, but it put a damper on the end of our stay. There was some noise from the adjacent plaza at night - pack ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

Appartement idéal pour découvrir Venise en famille
Pro: Emplacement idéal, très central, à 2 pas du Rialto. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gentillesse, disponibilité et réactivité de l'hôte, Tommaso + bons conseils sorties / visites. Appartement spacieux et très propre. Equipements très complets (incluant congélateur, lave vaisselle, lave linge, machine à expresso, plusieurs télévisions ...), jeux de société à disposition (bien quand on part en famille) ...
Contro: Pas grand chose à signaler... Le chauffage pourrait être un peu plus intuitif. Les vitres des fenêtres sont très fines, on peut entendre les bruits de la rue. Pas vraiment gênant pour nous, mais ça peut l'être pour des personnes au sommeil léger. Mis à part ces très légers points négatifs, c'est du tout bon !!!

Idéal pour profiter du séjour à Venise
Pro: Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Venise. L'appartement était idéal avec sa chambre parentale spacieuse et confortable, sa cuisine tout équipée, sa terrasse et des petits plus comme les suggestions d'itinéraires et restaurants, les jeux de société à disposition ou encore la clim. Il est situé au coeur de Venise, dans un très beau bâtiment ancien, à 3 minutes de la station de bateau-bus, 6 minutes du pont Rialto. Merci à Tommaso qui s'est employé à ce que nous ne manquions de rien.
Contro: Un peu de bruit le matin venant de la place face à l'immeuble.
