Pro: Casa molto calda, nuova, con discreta dotazione. Buona la posizione vicina a Rialto e al vaporetto.

Pro: Great overall experience. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions, especially regarding the heating. On the first night we forgot to ask to turn it on, but on the second day he arranged it quite quickly and the apartment became very warm and comfortable. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. If you are traveling with large luggage or with children, it might be a bit challenging to carry everything upstairs. The location is quite convenient: you can reach all the main attractions within a 10–15 minute walk, and it’s also about a 15-minute walk from the train station. Overall, we have very positive impressions — the apartment is very spacious and comfortable to stay in.

Lovely apartment in old building

Pro: It wasn’t easy to find the apartment but Fabio’s detailed instructions and Google map images were a fantastic help. The apartment was lovely and we had everything we needed. We particularly appreciated the washing machine as we’d been travelling round Europe.

Contro: . There were a lot of stairs but it was worth it to have an apartment so bright and light

Felt like a home away from home in the heart of Venice

Pro: The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Venice and is ideal for exploring the whole island. It’s just a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge, yet it’s very quietly tucked away on the top floor. It’s spacious, clean, and has everything you need. It really felt like having your own home in Venice. The rooftop terrace is also very cool and offers a really nice view. I’ve stayed in Venice quite a few times, and this is my new favorite place!

Pro: Great location within walking distance of all the main tourist areas of Venice and great value. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.

Contro: An extra pillow would be nice but otherwise it was perfect.

We loved our stay in Venice. The location was excellent with attractions, water taxi, bars and restaurants close by.

Pro: The apartment is in great location. Although we didn’t use the rooftop space, the view was fantastic. The large bed was comfortable and the property was clean.

Contro: Kitchen was small but adequate for short stay. A few repairs are required. The sofa couch could be upgraded. The stairs are difficult with suitcases.

The most beautiful experience of Venice

Pro: The apartment is on a great location, close to everything interesting, especially the Rialto bridge, the market and the vaporetto station. Fabio is a very kind, well-organized and accommodating host. The railway station, St. Marco square is nearby as well and the connection with the airport is excellent. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and maintained, in a quiet area, yet in the center. A special advantage is the roof terrace with a beautiful view..

Contro: We have no complaints at all. The apartment is on the 4th floor without an elevator, but this is clearly explained in the offer and description of the apartment, so there is no confusion about it. The view of the rooftops of Venice is all the more beautiful!!!

A beautiful apartment in the heart of Venice.

Pro: A beautiful place to stay in Venice, really central location. It is a quiet street though so a really peaceful place to be. The apartment is much larger than it looks in the photos and much more beautiful too! The roof view and space is stunning, we ate our dinner up there every evening. Fabio, the host, was really helpful throughout. A perfect Venetian stay!
