Pro: Location ottima, 10-15 minuti a piedi bastano per arrivare nei punti principali della città. Appartamento grande e proprietari disponibili.

Contro: Purtroppo nel fine settimana era un po’ troppo rumoroso per i miei gusti a causa dei turisti che urlavano fino a tarda notte, ma c’era da aspettarselo per via della location

Such a beautiful trip with my girls, the balcony view really made it!

Pro: The balcony was lovely, with a very pretty view. Great location. Marco was so helpful and accommodating.

Apartment was okay, could have been cleaner. Shower needs repairing. Great location, great balcony.

Pro: Great location. Great balcony overlooking the canal.

Contro: No coffee machine, Markings on the controls for oven worn away so couldn't use oven. Dropped a hairclip in the bedroom and I had to look under the bed for it. Months of dirt and dust under there. Shower very slippery and hose is leaking.

It was a magical first visit to Venice I would come again, and perfect location, easy access to all.

Pro: The Owners really accommodated our schedule, met us at the Water Taxi and showed us where the property was, thank you so much for your professionalism and friendliness, and made it so easy for us all.

Contro: There was nothing I could say that we didn't like. The apartment oozed Venice appeal and was a fabulous representation of the area, high ceilings, all appliances you could ask for there. Speedy Wifi. Great views.

10/10 location and lovely balcony for watching the world go by.

Pro: Location was perfect - lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate neighbourhood. It was away from the main tourist areas of Venice so felt relaxed and pleasant yet only 10 minutes walk from them. Loved the little balcony to watch the comings and goings on the canal. Lovely big apartment - great for kids to each have their own space to sleep.

Pro: Everything was exceptionally clean and the flat was. We'll stocked. The information provided was excellent. The location with the balcony overlooking the canal was a major plus.

Contro: The shower was a little disappointing the water pressure was pretty poor.

Absolutely great

Pro: What a lovely place, the pictures are not fair with this apartment. Is spacious, clean and the balcony looking over the canal is simply beautiful!

Picturesque view

Pro: Location was great, the balcony overlooking the canal and two bridges where tourists kept taking pictures. Coffee and tea, all kitchen amenities.

Contro: No another set of sheets for another bed, also no hangers in the bathroom.

Large comfortable apartment. Great for a family who wants to do home cooking.

Pro: The apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equiped for cooking for groups. The main bedroom is lovely and the heating worked really well as we had some very chilly days. Lots of action goes by the balcony and the view is classic Venice.

Contro: The small room was very crowded with unnecessary furniture and the pillow very thin. The whole place could use just a little bit more comfort and style. No complaints as it was a very pleasant stay but it could easily be made more inviting. The stairwell can be a bit difficult in the dark.

Pro: Great apartment to stay in Venice! It's totally recommended. The location is great. The views from the balcone are beautiful.
