We had a lovely stay in Venice. The unit is very spacious, was clean and very centrally located

Pro: Great location, close to Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square, shops and eating places - nice to be right on The Grand Canal, very spacious, comfy bed, Great kitchen and bathroom

Contro: Nothing at all, everything was great

Pro: Access from San Toma was less daunting than expected. We would have greatly appreciated a quick tour of this entire old building & if possible open up the in house boat ramp doors for a direct view of the Canal.

Contro: Provide some chairs in other rooms & will be great if a Nespresso machine can be provided.

Pro: Loved the size of the property, and the location was great. Considering the great location it was quiet at night for sleeping. Very secure also.

Pro: The location was perfect even more then we expected and the person who received us was really gentle and explained very well about our stay in the house and even suggest us a very good restaurant not too far …….it was the best meal of sea food .Paradiso perduto !!!

Contro: Maybe blinds in the kitchen when the lights are on ??

Pro: Lage ist außergewöhnlich und Blick auf den Canale Grande toll. Vaporetto Station direkt ums Eck. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Spülmaschine 👍

Contro: Wohnküche ist etwas dunkel. Ausstattung ist für ausgiebiges Kochen nicht geeignet.

affordable Grande experience

Pro: it was an updated apartment right on the canal. the man was helpful to show everything. it had almost all supplies. it had a washer & dryer which we appreciated traveling 3 weeks!! we loved the place!

Contro: short ceilings if you are tall but we didn’t mind. so mainly we loved it.
