It was good to live in the main island, and close to everything.

Pro: The location is great! The apartment is cozy but comfortable.

Contro: The kitchen was not very clean. The air condition makes a lot of noise. The window curtain can not cover whole window.

Pro: I loved the opportunity to cook and sit outside to have breakfast or dinner. It's a quiet area. Bed and pillows comfortable. Lovely style. You can feel like in home.

Contro: Air conditioning can be a bit loud in a start. I always have earplugs with me. It wasn't a problem.

Pro: L emplacement vraiment pratique et le calme de la place. Appartement mignon et opérationnel. Lit très confortable.

Contro: Dommage que la fenêtre soit occulté par du papier. Un rideau serait plus agréable et joli. Quelques couverts supplémentaires seraient les bienvenus.

Pro: La ubicacion, la comodidad de las camas, los detalles que nos dejaron. Recomendamos este sitio 100%!

Contro: Solo había un fogón en la cocina y se nos paraba mientras cocinábamos (no sabemos por qué!). También que el aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido.

Pro: L'apartament es preciós, petita la cuina pero te tot el necessari, molt ben ubicat, a dos minuts del vaporeto per anar a l'aeroport, burano... i per voltar per tota venecia, te bons restaurants molt aprop, la propietària molt amable I agradable. A estat un plaer :)

Pro: La ubicación, la atención de la propietaria y la limpieza. Además la pequeña cocina que tenía estaba genial.

Great stay, I recommend !

Pro: Very nice place, easy access to Venise but in a calm environment. Very nice bathroom, pretty comfortable bed and very near the airport shuttle. I recommend !

Contro: The kitchen is pretty basic and it takes a bit of time to get some water boiling. Other than that, it was great !

Pro: Дуже гарне розташування, близько до центру і до вапаретто, також сподобалось, що є можливість винести столик і повечеряти надворі - двір дуже тихий і затишний

Contro: Дуже маленька кухня, готувати там щось майже нереально, хоч невеличка плитка є. Дуже гремів кондиціонер - ми його не вмикали, бо всидіти під той шум нереально, але на щастя - на дворі було 25 лише, тож нам і так було нормально

Pro: Sehr schönes Apartment, tolle Lage, ruhig gelegen, Zentrum zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles sauber, voll ausgestattet, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Man kann vor die Haustür einen Tisch mit zwei Stühle hinstellen und die italienische Atmosphäre genießen. Neben der Unterkunft ist ein Kaffeehaus und Restaurant. Die Fähren sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen :-)

Great and cozy option for the money

Pro: It's a beautiful location. Very close to the pier so very easy to get to with suitcases. Nearby there is a student coliving with a beautiful courtyard, a million bars, you can put your own table and 2 chairs on the street. At the same time it is quiet enough at night. Enjoyed the washing machine after a long trip.

Contro: It is necessary to repair the internal unit of the air conditioner: it is very noisy. Stone floor and ground level: take slippers. The double bed is made up of two single beds and they move apart while sleeping. But it will be convenient for friends :)
