The idea location balances the connection, the destinations and the local experience

Pro: Newly furnished apartment with everything you need. Waterbus station, restaurants, vegetable store, supermarket in walking distance. Great panoramic view and local life. With waterbus line 2 and 4.1 you can go directly to Venezia Tronchetto Parking, S. Marco, Grand Canal and Murano. Personalized welcome and introduction. Highly recommended!

Fantastic modern apartment in a wonderful part of Venice.

Pro: New fixtures and fittings. Great location. Good communication from the host.

Contro: Nothing - the place was very good.

Pro: The place was specious, clean and full of equipment you need for a great stay. Apartment has everything you need. Also, the neighbourhood was quiet and in a very good location of the island. Totally recommended!

Super FeWo in ruhiger Lage

Pro: Die FeWo liegt abseits auf der Insel Giudecca. Nur ein paar Minuten Fußweg zur nächsten Vaporettohaltestelle. Von hier au erreicht man sehr schnell an alle Punkte in Venedig. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig und es gibt sehr wenig Touristenverkehr. An der Wasserseite gibt es ein paar kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte für den Selbstversorger und ein paar Bars und Restaurants. Also alles da was man so benötigt, wenn man abends keine Lust mehr auf´s Laufen hat. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und ist gemütlich und hat alles was man benötigt. Ein Plus sind die zwei Badezimmer. Auch der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter verlief problemlos. Auch bei unserem kleinen/großen Problem haben wir eine schnelle und perfekte Lösung erhalten. Noch mal ganz lieben Dank an Mario und Elena!

Pro: Apartamento moderno con todo lo necesario. Muy cómodo y zona tranquila

Contro: Aunque la ubicación está clara, si que es cierto que no fui consciente del coste del transporte hasta una semana antes. Saqué un bono para uso ilimitado de viajes pero es un gasto más claro. Mi avión se retrasó por lo que tuve que pagar un extra de 50 e por llegar más tarde de las 21.00 fue una situación que no contaba con ella y ajena a mi voluntad. Aunque si que viene especificado en el anuncio

Pro: Sehr guter Zustand der Wohnung. Allles was man braucht war vorhanden und hat funktioniert.

Contro: Nachbarn waren hörbar.

Pro: Mario was very helpful and responsive & nothing was too much to ask. It was my son's birthday & I asked if Mario could arrange for a cake & a bottle of prosecco as a surprise on our arrival, the cake was out of this world 🤤🎂a special thank you to Elena for sorting these ☺️ everything was as the pictures & Giudecca is such a beautiful place to stay, locals very friendly & welcoming & plenty of bars & restaurants along the walk way & only a 3 minute boat ride across to mainland Venice. I 100% recommend this place you will not be disappointed 👍🏻

Contro: Not staying there for longer

Pro: Very spacious and comfortable. Need public transportation so should be advised to purchase at the beginning for the number of days that you are staying.

Contro: It was annoying to have to take our own garbage out and difficult to find.
