Fabulous apartment for a 3 day experience in Venice

Pro: Location is perfect - right opposite the train station so no long treks with bags and the views are amazing!!

The apartment with a fantastic view and host..

Pro: A fantastic view out of the ordinary. Wonderful helpful host. Walking distance to everything, attractions and restaurants. We can warmly recommend this apartment.

Contro: The apartment was worn. The pictures on Booking.com were not always correct, all the house rules were not included on your site. Example; guest need to clean up and take out the rubbish even though we have paid for a final cleaning. The collection point, source sorting for rubbish was a bit of a walk. The nice sun protection on the roof terrace was missing. It became difficult to sit on the terrace when it was hot.

Pro: Location! Views! Spaciousness. Clean. I would book again. And I'll tell others to book.

Contro: The washing machine wouldn't work properly. It would shut off after 2 minutes. Tried something else, 3 hour option, and it was still washing 7 hours later, still had soap. We had to shut it off and rinse the clothes in the sink. I called to get assistance. However, the staff wasn't able to help. Please put the instructions in the welcome manual. Also, I found out from someone in another apartment that the trash was to go in the bin out front. This was not clear in the manual. But, in the scheme of things, these were minor.

Spectacular View in the best location

Pro: Location, space, cleanness and the appartment antique decoration was fantastic. We were in 3 bedroom appartment, all rooms decorated with vintage rugs and furniture, gave the vibe of a genuine house in Venice. The view from the terrace is spectacular. the sheets were all best quality. the rooms are spacious and the dining room is great area for family to gather. all rooms with windows and bathrooms were great.

Contro: If you travel in summer, this is an old central air-con appartment, so it is not cool enough. We had tpo wait one day until the aircon system cool down the appartment abit but still was warm. outside was 34C and inside 29C

Pro: Excelente ubicación. Muy amplio. Tiene una terraza espectacular. Muy buena luz natural. Es excelente.

Contro: El aire acondicionado del piso superior, no se puede apagar.
