Apt. Venice Modern Style

Pro: Fantastic location! Close enough to the main touristy areas to get there quickly, but also close enough to the back streets to get away from the crowds. Great rooms, too.

Contro: Maybe not quite as clean as we might have hoped for.

Pro: The apartment was big, clean, beds were very comfortable and I give extra points for the two toilets! The location was in a nice and quiet area very close to the center and with easy access from the starting point of the island! If you have luggage the access through boat is easy!

Contro: There is nothing bad to say..

Well located, modern and spacious holiday apartment.

Pro: The apartment is well placed for access to the water bus service- around a 5 minute walk. It’s actually also not far to walk to Rialto Bridge or St.Mark’s but with a 3-day ticket we felt able to appreciate the Grand Canal far more than when we stayed previously next to St. Mark’s. The apartment itself is located along a couple of narrow lanes, but with access to Google maps and the directions provided, it was easy to locate. There are two flights of fairly steep stairs to the entrance with a view over a single storey rooftop from the living room. The property was spacious, clean and modern and ideal for a holiday stay.

Contro: There is no real ‘view’ from the windows. There is no bath- but on the plus side, there are two showers. We needed to speak to the agent on the first day, but they responded quickly.

We had a wonderful time in Venice and staying at this apartment made it even more special.

Pro: It was a home from home, great location, quiet at night so sleeping was a joy and it was also thoughtfully designed.

Contro: As it was a typical Venice apartment the stairs were over 2 floors. Just for info.

Pro: tak bardzo korzystna, w koło lokalne restauracje z pyszna kawą i crossantami

Pro: Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung in sehr guter Lage.

Contro: Ein wenig laut nachts und zu wenig Klopapier bereit gestellt, allerdings beides keine schlimmen Probleme.

Pro: Washing machine and laundry line. Close to water bus stop. Air conditioning.

Contro: Instructions to get to the front door was confusing. The first floor was up a flight of stairs and the door was marked with people's names, not the apartment name.

Pro: Localização excelente, perto de mercados, estação hidroviária, restaurantes etc apartamento limpo, novo e amplo

Contro: Não tinha número na porta, demoramos um pouco para achar, mas ligamos e atenderam rápido
