Pro: Appartamento molto carino. Ottima posizione x spostarsi a Venezia in una zona non troppo di passaggio. staff molto disponibile .

Contro: Necessità di maggiore manutenzione nei bagni, sifoni doccia, sciacquone e qualche ritocco in alcuni punti sui muri

Incredible location!!

Pro: Incredible location… a gorgeous canal right out the front of the apartment. Very spacious living area and kitchen, and huge master bedroom and main bathroom.

Contro: The second bedroom is tiny, not big enough for 2 people, and the second bathroom is also very small with a shower with a curtain. It’s disappointing more photos weren’t shown of these two spaces. However the location very much made up for this. There’s also black mould in the bathrooms as other guests have noted.

Great Locality, Big size Property

Pro: 1) Location -- Of Course i have checked in google maps before booking this property and it was upto my expectations, just in front of the canal. 2) Size of the property -- I didn't expect it would be that big, with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with shower. Overall, we had a very good time, would definitely book again, if we visit Venice...would highly recommend.

Contro: Nothing, but it would have been good, if this property had balcony, but since this is in ground floor, shouldn't expect it.

Very clean and convenient for a short stay with family members.

Pro: Very close to local restaurants and supermarket. Easy to access the sights and walk to main attractions.

Contro: Second bedroom beds were just ok for comfort. Main bed was much better.

Pro: The location was amazing. It was very easy to get to anywhere in Venice. The apartment itself is very nice, very spacious and with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which make it very convenient. We had a great stay
