Appartamenti San Luca

Pro: Appartamento molto grande, comodo e carino . In complesso l' appartamento è arredato con gusto e i letti sono comodi. Supercentrale con tutto a portata a 1 minuto. Belli anche i libri che abbiamo trovato e consultato. Vista carina dei tetti. Soffitti in legno suggestivi.

Contro: Il bagno era un po' datato e aveva un odore strano ma credo sia un problema dovuto a Venezia. Un po' di rumore dal piano di sopra. E dalla.pompa dell' acqua. 5 piano senza ascensore quindi non per ginocchia deboli.

Soggiorno in famiglia a Venezia

Pro: Eccezionale struttura, comodità perché ti trovi nel sestiere di San Marco a 300 metri da piazza San Marco e 200 metri dal ponte di Rialto. Impareggiabile. Lan gestrice é eccezionale, precisa, puntuale disponibile e foriera di consigli utili. Pulizia top.

How could you not like being in Venice and esp at carnivale just sensational

Pro: Location Loft apartment and the view at night was insane End of the lane and the most authentic trattoria around

Contro: It’s not a didn’t like we thought it was very innovative esp the shower

Very amazing apartment

Pro: Absolutely amazing place. Really cool attic apartment with lots of space and an amazing view from up high. Really good price too for such a great location.

Contro: Bathroom was a little small and the shower has a beam going through the top but the apartment is so good we didnt mind.

Fantastic weekend in a clean, comfortable and very central location. Would recommend to friends!

Pro: Location was excellent, very central; a minute on foot from the Rialto and 5 minutes to Piazza San Marco. Very spacious apartment and cool in temperature due to air conditioning. Quiet at night and well equipped (tea towel, rubbish bags and toilet rolls provided.) We really enjoyed our stay.

Contro: Genuinely nothing we didn't like, however, it would benefit from at least another mirror, and possibly an extractor fan in the bathroom. (But not sure how manageable this is in an old building!). The stairs may be an issue for some travellers, but this is made clear prior to booking in the information.

Challenging apartment in great location in Venice

Pro: Location was really good. About five minutes from Rialto and from San Marco. there is a nice rooftop view. host Nina brought some glasses that we requested.

Contro: Firstly there are 92 steps to the apartment. This gets pretty tiring. The kitchen was lacking some pretty basic facilities. There is a two burner gas cooktop. The sparking lighter does not work. I bought matches and lit one of the burners but the other one would not stay lit. There is no electric kettle so to boil water you’ll have to use that cooktop. There are no decent kitchen utensils. No tongs no microwave dish nothing to cover anything in the microwave.The TV was pretty useless. You’ll have to keep opening the back of the remote control and rolling the batteries to make it work. It is a attic apartment and the bathroom is really low ceiling. You’ll have to bend over to stand in the shower. It has no screen there is no shower screen so it’s really difficult to stop the floor from getting wet.

This is a lovely apartment in a great location, but the bathroom is not suitable for big guests.

Pro: We loved the location, the views, the comfort and size of the bed.

Contro: As expected from previous reviews, the bathroom was very cramped. Fortunately we are small.

Excellent apartment facilities and condition, also location was superb

Pro: Location was awesome and within walking distance of most city landmarks. Host met us at the apartment on arrival. As well as taking us through the apartment facilities they marked out on a map our location in relation to the popular sites to visit.

Contro: Nothing, very good apartment

Fantastic apartment in an incredible location

Pro: The location is fantastic. Less than mins walk from the historical centre (the bells of St Mark's wake you in the morning). Supermarkets, bars, restaurants and key transport links are all within minutes, too. The apartment was lovely. It had so much space, was clean and all the facilities you could possibly need. The host was very friendly and informative. She kept in touch with us before and during the visit to make sure we understood everything. Our stay was perfect and we would love to return in the future.

Contro: The mosquitos! But this is not a fault of the apartment, this is just the reality of having pale, Scottish skin in Venice😉
