Pro: beautiful apartment with good peaceful canal view, near to the Rialto and being in San Marco area it is accessible to many attractions

Contro: stairs might be a little too narrow with big luggages but i do understand it is Venice (ancient city) and its totally fine with me. no complaints

Pro: Great location, lovely view of gondolas every day passing under window, apartment had everything we needed although we were out on great excursions everyday so only slept in it 😅 but was perfect 😍

Excellent location, clean apartment in a quiet spot yet right in the heart of Venice.

Pro: No breakfast as it was an apartment. Location was excellent, right in the heart of Venice situated between the Rialto bridge and St Mark's Square. Excellent facilities in the flat, comfy beds and enough space to relax in the evening. Air conditioning worked well.

Contro: Nothing really to complain about. Did not miss anything. The flat has iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, a TV (but only Italian channels) - but music channel was ok. Plus there was a DVD player with some films and guide books on Italy in the apartment.

Great location, super clean, responsive hosts and very comfortable.

Pro: The location of this property could not be better. It is central to absolutely everything and incredibly easy to get to from the airport. Very clean and spacious too. Could not be happier with our choice of accommodation.

Loved this Property!

Pro: The location of this apartment is fabulous! Straight down the stairs and amongst the hustle and bustle. The property was clean and tidy. Had everything needed, including washer/dryer. Air conditioning worked great.

Contro: While it says “water view” you have to lean out the windows to see the canal running down the back of property. Didn’t bother us as we still found it fascinating when we heard noise outside. Could’ve done with more loo paper.

Great location and spacious apartment. Management had a very corporate feel

Pro: The location was great. Not even 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge and ferry stop which made it so easy getting to the Train station with luggage. A very easy quick walk to San Marco square and also an easy 10 - 15 min walk through the ally ways to the ferry to go to the islands. Close to a supermarket and shops and cafes. Mostly the apartment was clean but there was mould in the shower and crumbs on the floor in the lounge area. Nothing major just not as clean as it could have been. Lots of space, lovely big apartment.

Contro: We were disappointed with mgmt at this stay. Nothing really bad but very much a corporate feel as opposed to a host that is only happy too help you. Wouldn’t allow us to drop our luggage off a couple of hours early. Kept messaging us all the time prior to the stay trying to get us to book yours through them etc. messaging to find out what time we were leaving etc. even though I’d already told them we’d be gone by 7am. We had an issue with the heating turning off and we couldn’t get it to come back on. Messaged management around 5pm. At first no reply, then told they’ll get back to us only the morning. The instructions for appliances etc. weren’t very good especially the washing machine.

a good place for a short visit to venice!

Pro: the location was great, really close to rialto but also quiet. bedrooms were big and comfortable, the living room was rather small but we didn’t stayed long inside the house so we didn’t mind.

Contro: the heating wasn’t working all the time, and it was rather difficult to handle so during the night it got a bit cold. Also the toilet flash was broken, but we only stayed for 2 nights and it was new year’s day so they will probably fix it.
