Pro: The location was fantastic, minutes from the Rialto bridge. It was really easy to walk to main tourist attractions and the water bus stop. We didn’t cook but there was a great kitchen and it had everything we needed.

Pro: Great location! Apartment was within short walking distance to St Marks square, Rialto, and vaporetto stops, as well as shopping, restaurants and various supermarkets. Very secure apartment. The second bathroom was perfect for a family or couples. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location in Venice for 4!

Pro: Location was fantastic! Accommodations had plenty of space to relax as well as eat and good-sized bedrooms with closets. Bathrooms were huge! It was nice to get restaurant suggestions. This place is close to everything!!

Contro: The only challenging part; keys were at the hotel & going there with our bags (instead of meeting the host at the apartment) was a bit challenging. But it was very organized and easy to do.

Pro: Greeting by Mattel was very nice and thorough Clean Close to all attractions

We used the apartment with our family of 3 people for a 4 day stay. It was perfect for us as a family which doesn’t like

Pro: Apartment is very close to Rialto bridge or San Marco. 5-8 min walking distance Even it is centrally located on n the center of Venice it was quite at night. Two Supermarkets are close to Rialto boats station.

Really great location!

Pro: The location was excellent! The space was really great for 3 people. Having a washer was really wonderful too!

Contro: The door to the 2nd bedroom was locked when we arrived, so it took a bit of time to get that managed, but the management staff was pretty quick about it. The beds are not that comfy, and there must have been some mosquitos that got in b/c someone kept leaving the front door wide open; my husband and I got 5-10 bites.

Pro: liked the size, central location and access once I had the keys. after a flight, customs and an hour ferry ride it is quite difficult to receive the keys from the reception of the hotel which is quite a distance from the actual apartment whilst carrying bags and a child.

Pro: Central location to all shopping, food venues and easy walk to pick up some groceries. 10-15 minute walk in any direction to most major sites. The apartment was spacious, two bathrooms is a big plus and a small useable kitchen to do some small meal prep. AC units were very good.

Contro: IT is not really a didn't like, but something to consider in terms of getting to the apartment. It is a 20 minute walk from the bus terminal station and if you are considering taking the water transportation (Vaporetto) it will be about the same amount of time and can add to your travel costs, 9,50 euros one way per person.

Would highly recommend a stay at Fenice Apartment San Luca

Pro: The apartment was perfect for a short visit to Venice. Amazing location, close to all main tourist attractions and good restaurants.

Contro: It was a little difficult to locate the reception desk to collect the keys.
