Compleanno a Venezia🍀
Pro: Appartamento al primo piano accogliente,moderno, nuovo in una zona silenziosa di sera,a soli 15 minuti a piedi da piazza San Marco, quindi centralissimo e comodo per raggiungere ogni punto della città. Completo di ogni necessario, dalle lenzuola profumate alla biancheria da toilette oltre alle stoviglie della cucina e impianto di sicurezza; la proprietaria Monica che abita nell'appartamento di sopra, sempre attenta ad ogni esigenza e veramente ospitale. A Venezia si sah, si cammina e si fanno scale su e giù tra i vari ponti (anche all'interno dell Conad city vicino all'appartamento) quindi non spaventatevi per qualche scalino veneziano dell'edificio antico dove si trova la location. Torneremo sicuramente da te Monica 💐💗

Accoglienza squisita e grande cura per i dettagli.
Pro: Squisita accoglienza, appartamento confortevole con grande attenzione alle piccole cose, letto comodissimo, posizione centrale e silenziosa. Vista relativamente libera e gradevole. Insomma, un ottimo soggiorno. Globalmente superiore alle attese.
Contro: Vi sono due rampe di scale, per noi sessantenni un gioco da ragazzi, ma da tenere presente se si hanno difficoltà motorie. C'è da dire che, se si hanno difficoltà motorie, girare a Venezia può essere difficile a causa dei molti ponti.

A wonderful stay!
Pro: This felt more like Monica’s home and not just holiday accommodation. Lots of personal touches like plants & books. After meeting Monica we also felt the style & decor reflected her warm personality. The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a brilliant location.
Contro: The stairs might be difficult for some. Being higher up meant we had lots of light & nice views. Unusual in Venice.

Great location and lovely apartment in Dorsoduro
Pro: Great location close to shops, restaurants and a small grocery store, also close to canal bridge to walk over to San Marco area. Bed and pillows were super comfortable, shower was a good size and there was fast wi-fi. We really enjoyed our time here and Monica was so lovely and helpful.
Contro: The stairs - apartment is on the second floor and it was hard work lugging heavy suitcases up them but we knew that going in! So not an issue for us, just something to be aware of when booking.

Perfect in every way
Pro: I cannot fault our stay in Monica’s apartment! The place had everything you need for a stay including coffee and a little breakfast treat left for us. The apartment was very clean and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Monica was fantastic with excellent communication before and during the stay. Location was perfect for us, a bit of a quieter area with a few restaurants, coffee shops and bars very close by still only about 10 mins to main attractions via water bus. Basically it was perfect! Will be staying again

Pro: The warm welcome from Mo ica,comprehensive pre arrival information,decor,facilities,cleanliness,location,ease of walk and navigation from the vaporetto. The bed was so.comfortable. Fantastic bathroom.Everything you needed for your stay right down to an umbrella!!! Mo ica was always on hand to help and responded immediately to any questions via WhatsApp.

Beautiful flat in a great location
Pro: Super clean, super bright flat with everything you need for a lovely stay. It’s in lovely condition - newly refurbished - and laid out in a way that is super convenient and makes you feel at home. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the bathroom and walk-in shower were sparkling and there was plenty of space. The flat is on the first floor of a block on a narrow street that leads straight to a vaperetto stop for Line 1 (great for sightseeing) and the airport. There are lots of cute restaurants and bars nearby. We especially liked the pizza place next door (book ahead). It takes about 20 minutes to stroll to the centre. Supermarket is about 10 minutes away. A great location - not too touristy, but super convenient. Monica gave us such a warm welcome, with great information to help us get there, and made our stay truly special. She’s such a kind person. All in all, we had one of the best trips ever. Thank you so much - we’ll be back!
