Pro: È molto luminoso ed ha die camere separate con bagno in ogni una, molto comodo per chi viaggia con amici .

Pro: Due camere matrimoniali indipendenti con bagno privato, balconcino con vista canale, luminosa e comoda come posizione per muoversi in città

Contro: Un suggerimento più che altro mettere il porta spazzolino in bagno

Pro: We had a wonderful stay here and wish it had been for longer. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable; there was plenty of space for three people. It was located in an ideal location and the area itself is stunning; you're essentially right there by a canal and overlooking a bridge. You can observe the city as it wakes up! It's worth noting that there's a supermarket really close by for supplies.

Contro: Everything was great.

Nice time in Venice

Pro: The flat located 1 level up, is reasonably large, it is provisioned with almost everything you need. There is a full grocery store right across, about a 1 minute walk. The store has everything, don't let the entrance fool you. It is a reasonably peaceful area, with only the noise from a passing boat now and then.

Contro: The flat is a little dirty in the usual places. The main problem I had was the garbage. There is a notice posted stating that you must take out the garbage at 8:30 or you will be fined. The problem is it doesn't tell you there is no garbage service on Sunday. There is someone who precedes the trash pick up, they tear open the rubbish bag and dump it everywhere. This happened every time I took out the trash.

We had a wonderful stay in our apartment in a very authentic part of Venice.

Pro: The location next to a canal in Costello was perfect. Far enough from the hectic tourist areas but close enough to access all sites on foot & by water taxi.

Contro: I felt the apartment could have been presented a bit cleaner.

Pro: A great apartment with an amazing view of the canal. The apartment is very spacious and well-equipped. Excellent communication with the owner. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Venice.

Pro: Location was perfect, about 10min walk to Doge Palace. Beautifil streets. Quite at night and so handy with a shop over the bridge on the corner with everything you would need. Apartment was a good size, very comfortable and bright.

Pro: Perfect location, a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The balcony was also lovely to sit out on and watch the boats go by.

Contro: There was nothing to dislike

Pro: Excellent location on a quiet street. Easy walk to all the main sites. Little supermarket just over the bridge was very handy. Well equipped, cute, apartment.

Contro: Beds were a little too soft and bathrooms a little dated but that is a minor detail as all were clean and functional.
