City Apartments Biennale

Pro: Centrale rispetto alla Biennale e a Piazza San Marco, vicinanza fermate vaporetto. A poca distanza negozi e ristoranti

Contro: Qualche difficoltá col trolley per superare le scale dei ponti. Bisogna selezionare accuratamente il percorso a piedi su google se ci si muove con i bagagli

Pro: Appartamento completo di tutto, arredamento nuovo, posizione comoda e in zona tranquilla, staff molto disponibile.

Contro: Uno dei tre bagni puzzava di fogna

Venezia ha sempre un certo fascino.

Pro: Buona posizione. Appartamento rinnovato di recente.

Contro: La doccia allaga il bagno, il riscaldamento non è programmato e bisogna perdere molto tempo per capirne il funzionamento.

Pro: Struttura pulita e in posizione comoda per raggiungere zona Piazza San Marco.

Contro: il divano letto era un po’ scomodo

Well kept place, good location, good price. I recommend it

Pro: Well refurbished, kept warm all day and night with the heating, well-equipped and in a good location. Great communication with the host too. A good value for money overall, I recommend it, a good host.

Contro: It was a bit dark but that's most of Venice as the cobbled streets are very narrow and not much light comes through the windows. Also, no terrace / outdoor space but not an issue for the price. Rubbish disposal wasn't easy either, but again, that's the city rules, not a fault of the host.

Pro: We lived in this apartment at the beginning of July. We were sent all the information by mail. We were met upon arrival. Convenient location of the apartment. The apartment is clean, snow-white linen, the air conditioner worked. Everything was super, we liked everything.

Pro: A good size apartment for 4 adults, it's situated in a quieter area of Venice with a restaurant just around the corner with great food at great prices. It's well situated so with a quick walk you are into the busier areas of Venice with all the buzz. The supermarket was only 3-4 mins walk away.

Contro: The air-conditioning wasn't working properly in the bedroom so it did get a little uncomfortable at night.

We had wonderful stay in Venice.

Pro: We were thankful that Mr. Gabriele, gave us a good advice how was better to get to Venice from the airport, met us at the water bust station and took us to the apartment, which is very close to the main square. It made everything very easy.

Contro: The apartment was clean, comfortable for a family of 4 and located in the centre of Venice in a lovely area. Good view as you can see the domes of St Marco Basilica.

Pro: This apartment is managed by Venice Apartments. Even though there was a flooding problem 2 days prior our arrival, they offered a viable alternative and provided another central apartment, thus our Venice vacation was not ruined.

Good location but dark apartment

Pro: Good location in Castello, more peaceful area, just 7 min. walk to San Marco square and only 2-3 min walk to vaporetto Arsenale. Tea kettle was broken and we received a new one from host, which was nice. Fast communication with our host. Good shower.

Contro: It was very difficult to sleep because of big noise from upstairs, earplugs didn't help(very loud woman shouting), starting after 22.00 and 2 nights waking us up around 2.30. Bad sound isolation, but common for old buildings of Venice. Apartment is very dark, you must keep all lights on per day. Coffee apparat was dirty. In general place has to be cleaned much better. Was nothing available from essentials in the kitchen, except salt.
