Pro: Amazing location, excellent property- really clean and super helpful team

Contro: It wasn’t clear that the second bathroom didn’t have a shower so we all had to share - not a problem for us at all, but for other groups something to look out for - but the location and house are super super nice.

Pro: We spent a few wonderful days in this apartment, and it was truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in Venice. The view is absolutely stunning, and the interior is beautifully designed — a perfect blend of classic and modern. Everything feels thoughtfully curated, warm, and inviting. It really felt like home. The terrace deserves a special mention — it’s gorgeous and perfect for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The location is excellent as well: close to everything yet peaceful enough to enjoy the authentic Venetian atmosphere. We highly, highly recommend staying here. If we return to Venice, we will definitely choose this place again.

Pro: It was great located with amazing view on the grand canal, clean, spacious with beautiful mattresses and pieces of furniture. The kitchen was very practical and smart done , there was extra space for the kids at the attic. The apartment was warm and elegant! Highly recommended!
