Elegant apartment well-located in slightly off the tourist track neighbourhood with lots or art!

Pro: It was like living in somebody's else's very nice apartment. Location was superb. Not a touristy neighbourhood. Lots of small local bars and restaurants. Many great museums and churches in walking distance.

Loved the apartment and very much enjoyed or stay.

Pro: Spacious and well decorated. Quiet and peaceful place.

Contro: The lift is very slow and small, cannot access the property directly. Need to carry luggage and walk up and down some stairs.

Exceptional

Pro: Exceptional quality in a regal place. Bedding was very comfortable. Easy to cook and dine in. Wonderful place for our family to explore Venice. The woman who helped during our stay, Enrica, was just wonderful - helpful and thoughtful.

Contro: Nothing could have been better.

Live like a Venetian!

Pro: Location was great, property was fabulous! Easy check-in and so helpful booking water taxi, etc. Beautiful apartment, wonderful experience!

Great place for large family or group of friends

Pro: Property is very spacious, and rooms were large. Very comfortable for 6 to 8 people. Living room was awesome to relax and catch up at end of the day. We were a group of 6 and were very comfortable. A/C worked very well as well. Host was very responsive and that was a huge Plus.

Contro: Stairs are an issue. There was an elevator but does not stop at the same floor. Still a flight of stairs. Also, location we felt was not very central. Showers were a little small. Hall bath only had had a tub with hand shower. Master toilet unfortunately did not work.

Pro: Everything is close by and easy to get to. Rooms are big even though it was between 2 floors — everything was very clean and their services was helpful to get water taxis

Contro: Being Canadian this comment is really only about how different it is to get hot water — we have nothing bad to say
