Pro: Host molto gentili e disponibili, Posizione comoda e centralissima, spazi adeguati alle esigenze. Ottimo punto di riferimento, ci ritornerei.

Pro: Appartamento in ottima posizione , palazzo tranquillo, ottima accoglienza, mancavano delle cose in casa e ce le hanno fornite subito! Gentilissimi e disponibili.

Contro: La casa non era molto pulita, cucina trascurata con dispensa ..da rivedere..

Pro: la posizione è ottima, molto centrale, in dieci minuti si raggiunge san marco o rialto. zona carina, piena di ristoranti/bar etc. la struttura è mediamente datata: non mi aspettavo una cosa diversa considerando la situazione media di venezia. la struttura ha due camere doppie, di cui una enorme, con due belle finestre, l'altra normale ma comoda; una cucina attrezzata; due bagni microscopici ma la comodità dei due bagni è assolutamente un plus, soprattutto se si viaggia per es tra due coppie di amici. avere due bagni è comodo, questa comodità si paga con il fatto che sono per forza molto molto ma molto piccoli, pero' hanno il necessario. il proprietario risponde in breve tempo.

Contro: non sono grandi difetti, piuttosto suggerimenti o riflessioni. suggerimento: pulizia da migliorare: la struttura è pulita, il bagno è molto pulito, ma ogni superficie fuori dalla immediata portata dello sguardo ha due dita di polvere (abbiamo dovuto staccare il quadro sopra il letto per la polvere che c'era). riflessione: il prezzo è piuttosto alto se rapportato allo stato della struttura (i bagni come dicevo sono piccolissimi e comodi ma anche un po' datati), ma considerando che siamo nel pieno centro di Venezia è comunque \

Pro: Excellent location, the accommodation matches the price. The owner, Antonio, is helpful and wonderful. I agree with the other reviews.

Contro: Bathrooms are small but it's okay.

A quirky, characterful base in the heart of an amazing city.

Pro: This apartment is in a stunning location, right in the heart of Venice, within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, and the Rialto bridge, and surrounded by good bars and eateries. The decor is a little faded, but it has bundles of character and wonderful views over church and canal. It made an excellent base for exploring this extraordinary city.

Contro: Check-in involved picking the keys up from a local bar, which was a little chaotic. Also, it was awkward to have to pay in cash! The kitchen was poorly designed and equipped.

Would stay here again any time, the view from the window was amazing.

Pro: The location was super beautiful, big bedrooms and kitchen ok.

Contro: Some of the things a bit malfunctioning (toilet, kitchen).

Pro: Right in the centre of Venice , easy walk from train station. Older style apartment, but had everything you need. X2 bathrooms is a plus aswell.

Pro: amazing location, 20 or so minutes walk from Ponte di Rialto, amazing facilities and lots of nice bars around the property

Contro: collection of the keys could have been made a bit clearer but not a major issue, called he host and someone came to meet us and take us to a small restaurant where the key collection is

Canal view and big rooms with two bathrooms

Pro: The size of the room is big, considering this is Venice. Although the bathrooms were small as described by the other reviewers, having two bathrooms is great for our family stay. Given that this is Venice (our second time here), this apartment is great for value! We would come here again.

Contro: The kitchen cabinet could have been cleaner. Much leftover food from previous guests was stored above the fan and the packages became oily and dirty.

Spacious family accommodation, 15 min walk from main action.

Pro: Very spacious for Venice - 2 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen.

Contro: A bit expensive - and have to pay in cash which is a pain.
