Un ottimo ritorno a Venezia, peccato solo due notti

Nice clean appartement, but bad communication with the host.

Pro: Not brand new, but really beautiful and very clean apartment: clean, cozy and spacy. Great location. It has everything you need (though I would suggest to put some extra blankets at least in winter season).

Contro: They manage everything remotely. There is no person who returns your calls or meets you. In my case, there was some problem with their electronic connection, so they couldn't open the door remotely for me. Luckily, it was 12 afternoon and not the middle of the night, but it was very cold and I had to wait for two hours in the restaurant with a huge suitcase until they could open the door. All the communication was via booking as their WhatsApp didn't work as well . They told me to wait until someone will arrive to open the door, but nobody came and nobody updated me on that. I had to send them multiple messages to get the reply. There was a heating issue on my first night also, and of course there was no one to speak until the next day. Then they indeed sent a guy o fix that , but I think if there was a person who really cares and replies to my calls, I would feel much better. Also, no apology or compensation was suggested to me after all these situations. That was also very weird. Things can happen, but the host must show some respect to guests in cases like that.

Pro: There are so many things to like but foremost has to be the location, but let's mention some of the others first! The apartment was spotless and well equipped. The balcony is a bonus and every window a great view. Everything worked too! Aircon, wi-fi etc. On to the location. Superb. Not just because you are surrounded by great restaurants and coffee bars, independent shops and more but because Dorsoduro is, without doubt, the most underestimated area of the six Sestiere. Campo Santa Margherita itself is one of the best areas for restaurants in one place but they are good too, as are the bars. You also have Campo San Barnaba where Summertime (1955) saw Hepburn fall into the canal and Harrison Ford emerged from the catacombs in Raiders of the Lost Ark as well as being a stones through from the Ca Rezzonico ... It's also great because you can leave the hoards around San Marco and sink back into the (relative) peace of less tourists. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Apartment with Terrace – Highly Recommended

Pro: This apartment is absolutely wonderful – just like in the pictures. It’s spotless, well-equipped with everything you might need, and feels very new. One of the major highlights is the large private terrace – a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring Venice. The location is ideal for walking around the city and also very convenient for using the vaporetto. The communication with the host was excellent – very helpful and responsive. Before arrival, you receive detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment, including helpful YouTube videos. The self check-in process was smooth and easy. Even though the apartment is quite new on Booking and doesn’t have many reviews yet, there is absolutely nothing to worry about – it truly deserves a 10/10. I highly recommend staying here!

The place is a gem!

Pro: The place is perfect, fully equipped and with a very specious terrace. It's a top floor apartment in a small building with only two floors below (locals). Very quite location, yet well located, close to the main walking routes and San Toma' vaporetto stop. The apartment was spotless clean and, unlike many other places in Venice, one does not end up looking into walls of neighboring buildings. If you came across this listing while searching for a place in Venice, don't hesitate a moment, book immediately!

Contro: We couldn't find a toaster Water pressure in the shower is not ideal with large head.

Pro: We felt right at home. Beautiful terrace and everything needed for cooking at home.

Contro: Nothing. Well the bathroom was quite cold.
