Great location and Clean Apartment

Pro: Great location. Very clean apartment. Comfortable double bed.

Contro: Mezzanine bedroom very small and not quite what was expected for a 2nd bedroom. No room move upstairs. Would suggest that this apartment more suited to couples in the downstairs bedroom.

Excellent stay at this beautiful apartment.

Pro: We loved our stay in this beautifully decorated apartment. Location was perfect in a quiet neighbourhood, just a short walk to shops and restaurants nearby. Paolo was the perfect host, answering all our questions before we arrived and arranging the private water taxi to the apartment from the airport, which we highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A great choise in Venice

Pro: Stunning new modern and luxuriously furnished apartment. From the moment I ordered it, everything went perfectly. We were given directions on what to see, visit and eat in Venice. We have received information on how to get from airport to the apartments. We had a very warm welcome even though we were late. The weather wasn’t warm at the time, but the apartment was heated. Very convenient location.

Pro: Locatie. Noorden van Venetië, alles binnen 20 min te lopen maar niet in de ellendigd massa van e.g. San Marco. Als je naar Venetië gaat: hier moet je zijn!

Contro: Ik vond het jammer dat er niet een (klein) terrasje of iets buiten was. Gebouw leent zich er ook niet voor maar dat zou het afmaken op 100%

A MAGNIFICENT CITY TO VISIT AND THE APARTMENT WAS A TASTE OF LIVING IN VENICE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS

Pro: EXCELLENT LOCATION AND EASY TO GET TO THE MAIN STREET TO GET TO GROCERY STORES, AND SCENIC PLACES WE HAD ON OUR LIST TO VISIT. VENICE IS A VISUALLY MAGNIFICENT CITY, AND THE APARTMENT LOCATION IS VERY PRETTY TOO. OUR HOSTS WERE GREAT TO COMMUNICATE WITH US REGARDING ANY CONCERNS AND NEEDS WE HAD. THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. WE DID ALSO APPRECIATE OUR HOSTS SETTING UP TRANSPORTATION WITH A REPUTABLE TAXI WHO WAS ON TIME AND HAD A BEAUTIFUL BOAT. YOU WILL LOVE STAYING AT THIS PROPERTY AND WE RECOMMEND HIRING A BOAT TO TAKE YOU TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT ! DO NOT HESITATE TO BOOK YOUR STAY HERE.

Fantastic week in Venice with exceptional accomodations.

Pro: Beautiful 3rd floor apartment with lots of light & canal views in a quiet area of Cannaregio. Quality finishing throughout the apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. Very clean throughout. Equidistant from 2 vaporetto stops - on the grand canal & to the airport, making it very convenient. If you are looking for a quiet location with walking distance to all the major attractions, do-not hesitate.

Brilliant location and beautiful apartment.

Pro: Paolo and Darius were extremely accommodating and met us early. Very lovely and were so gracious.

Contro: The upstairs little room was very stuffy and hot and the air conditioning kept shutting off and it was so uncomfortable upstairs.
