a very cozy apartment, with a wonderful host and perfect surroundings for your stay in venice

Pro: location-wise, it was in the centre of venice, near a lot of vaporetto stations and the San Marco Square. Nino, the host, was wonderful, he gave us a tour of the surroundings, the neighbourhood and its history and was there to help us at any particular time during the day. he also shared with us a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and point of interests during our stay.

Brilliant stay

Pro: Lovely apartment in a very central area to lots of sights but tucked away in a quiet spot. Nino was amazing with suggestions of places to visit and gave us a little tour around local spots when we arrived. Went to the fish market for some amazing prawns which we cooked up ourselves. Truly wonderful trip xx

Pro: Authentic Venetian accommodation with Nino being warm,kind and polite. The house is very close to everything and has so many amenities!!!! More than needed! Two kinds of pillows to choose from!

Contro: The water getting hot and cold unexpectedly Very hard mattress for my back but this is personal.

Pro: Idéalement placé dans Venise et facile à rejoindre en bateau bus depuis l'aéroport. Nino est un hôte adorable et très attentif. Une magnifique rencontre humaine et qui a été aux petits soins pour nous ... Grazie Nino !

Pro: L'accueil du propriétaire qui nous a attendu à la sortie du Vaporetto,nous a guidé jusqu'à son appartement. Nous a fait découvrir le secteur et donné tout au long de notre séjour des précieux conseils. L'appartement est à 5 minutes de la place San Marco et devant l'arrêt Arsenale pour le bateau taxi. Cette ville est un bonheur à visiter et la gentillesse de l'hôte en rajoute.

Pro: Esta muy bien ubicado, con todas las comodidades necesarias. Nino es un anfitrión muy atento que estuvo pendiente en todo momento de mi hijo y de mi, prestando ayuda en todo momento. Una bonita experiencia

Pro: Квартира соответствует фотографиям. Очень калоритно. Есть все необходимое. Даже стиральный порошок. Все необходимое для гигиены. Чай, кофе, сахар, масло. Хозяин оставил воду в холодильнике. Очень отзывчивый и гостеприимный.

Contro: Из минусов только старый кондиционер. Но он справлялся
