Pro: Appartamento grande e luminoso Posizione strategica per gli spostamenti Quartiere vivace ma tranquillo Gestore molto disponibile
Contro: Il flusso dell'acqua della doccia molto basso Lo scarico del lavandino in bagno non funzionava granché Parecchi gradini x arrivare al secondo piano del palazzo storico: da tenere presente negli spostamenti in caso di presenza persona anziana

Pro: Casa comoda, posizione molto bella perché circondata da locali e vicini supermercati, abbastanza silenziosa, cucina ben attrezzata. Eravamo in 4 e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema.

Bello, comodo ma...
Pro: L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica lontano dal caos Marciano ma comunque a 20 minuti a piedi dal Sestriere di San Marco. Raggiungibile anche dalla comodissima fermata Ca Doro della Linea 1 del vaporetto. Il proprietario gentilissimo e soprattutto disponibilissimo ad accordi per l'incontro e la presentazione dell'appartamento. Nel complesso è un gran bell'appartamento, dotato di diverse camere spaziose e di una grande stanza cucina/salotto.
Contro: Avevamo optato per la soluzione appartamento perché avendo una bimba celiaca avrei cucinato qualcosa per lei la sera prima di andare in Trattoria, però devo dire che il pentolame e le pertinenze varie della cucina erano piuttosto scarse, vecchie e poco pulite. Anche la pulizia dei pavimenti al nostro arrivo era davvero scarsa, così come scarsi sono stati gli scarichi del bagno, il lavabo praticamente trovato otturato. La nostra fortuna è stata che tornavamo in appartamento solo per dormire.

Pro: The host was extremely nice and wonderful! We got really good service and help with everything. The apartment was in great location and it was easy to find there. There was everything we needed!
Contro: It was a bit cold. And with heavy luggage it was a climb with the stairs.

Pro: Appartmenti Paradiso was the perfect choice for our stay in Venice. The location on the canal was fantastic in a vibrant and safe neighbourhood. It had a really nice vibe and mix of bars, restaurants and coffee / book shops and was also a short walk to the Santa Lucia train station and to the del Orto pier for trip to the islands. We were pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was for our group of 6. Giacomo was a gracious and very welcoming host. We definitely recommend this property for a beautiful stay.

Pro: The location was quiet but also right near bars and restaurants. It was clean and there was even a moka express coffee maker in the cupboard that we could use. So much better than those pod machines.

Fantastic apartment in a truly Venetian district
Pro: A very large and nice apartment in an atmospheric tenement house right next to the canal. Living here we felt like real Venetians :) The apartment has everything you need for a few days in the city. There are pubs downstairs where crowds hang out in the evenings. A very nice and helpful host who explained everything to us and gave us some tips for visiting the city. The only small inconvenience was the water draining very slowly in the bathroom sink. However, this does not affect our positive impressions after staying in this place.
