Pro: Posizione dell'alloggio molto buona e Host molto disponibile.

Contro: Nulla

Pro: Casa silenziosa con affaccio molto romantico sul canale. Gli stessi terrazzini dovrebbero trovare una soluzione diversa all'attuale rete anticaduta, in quanto si presenta come ricettacolo di sporcizia

Contro: Il meraviglioso cortile dell'ingresso, porta ad un ingresso nel palazzo di tutto altro tono, con materiale accatastato e polvere. Ma forse è una situazione transitoria.

Pro: L'appartamento è spaziosissimo. La posizione eccezionale: vicino ci sono un sacco di locali per mangiare

Pro: Ottima posizione per la visita della citta', l' appartamento accogliente e pulito, la disponibilita' del gestore.

Contro: Letto posizionato sul soppalco un po' scomodo.

A due passi da S Barnaba, ma immersi nel silenzio

Pro: Alloggio spazioso e pulito, in un'ottima posizione. Sebastiano è stato molto disponibile, andando anche oltre le nostre aspettative. Il secondo bagno è molto comodo per sei ospiti. Top.

Pro: Ottima la posizione e soprattutto il signor Sebastiano disponibile

Contro: Basterebbero dei piccoli accorgimenti per diventare da 10 e lode

Extremely enjoyable, beautiful place to stay

Pro: Very beautiful, great location and very helpful staff. The apartment was clean and perfect for a group of five travellers. The balcony views were a highlight and the beds were very comfortable.

Contro: Washing machine was difficult to work

Very good choice for a holiday in Venice

Pro: Very good choice to explore Venice. We are a family of five and the accommodation was very good for us. It was still comfortable. There was AC which was a big bonus. Big supermarket was nearby. There was a view at a narrow canal, not a very clean water but still a view! The host was a nice man who was genuinely trying to help make our holiday comfortable and enjoyable

Contro: Microwave and a toaster could make a big difference. Also, hand wash bottle was empty so two toilets for. 5 people with no hand wash and only very limited supply of toiletries. We had to buy our own shampoo, hand wash and showed gels!

Great location with the beautiful view on the canal

Pro: Great location, beautiful view on the canal from the balcony, near to the each attractions by walk, 7min. walk to vaporeto, 5 min. walk to the Conand shop, where you can buy everything what you need to prepare own food, if you don´t want eat only in the restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped to cook. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, big table in the middle of the main room. Owner will send you all necessary instructions and the rest of instruction is written on the door. I recommend to read them immediately after your arrival, specially the garbage info. Very good communication with the owner, he was always available to answer. Thank you Sebastiano
