Pro: Posizione ottima, casa molto carina, letti comodissimi, pulita e accogliente, proattivita in caso di necessità, check super facile, informazioni dettagliate.

Contro: Non è una vera negatività ma un'attenzione all'ospite far trovare qualche cialda di caffè di benvenuto

Pro: Ambienti veramente belli. Piccola ma super accogliente. Spazi per tutti, ben fornita anche nella cucina. Riscaldamento delle stanze sopra perfetto

Contro: Unica pecca: la stanza sotto rimane molto fredda. In due ci si scalda nel letto, ma l’assenza di una porta rende vano il riscaldamento della stanza che tende a salire tutto verso l’alto. La stanza dunque rimane fredda. Metterei una scopa e qualche sacchetto in piu per la spazzatura.

Pro: Nice 2 floors apartment Mattresses were very comfy and nice fresh towels Very nice location

Contro: It could be more cleaner ( I would do there proper deep cleaning) The boiler sometimes went down but we were instructed by staff what to do in that situation.

Pro: Very central and convenient. Nice little apartment.

Contro: The washing machine was not working. Was asked if the technician could come when we weren't present and I asked to be present when technician was coming and no one got back to me. So I was left with dripping washing for the week and could not wash any more clothes for the rest of my stay.

Pro: Everything was great! The apartment is cozy, clean, and perfectly located. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from a fully equipped kitchen to charming decor. The host was very welcoming and responsive.

Contro: There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like — everything exceeded our expectations.

Pro: Close to vaparetta stop. Nice walking distance from train station and close enough to shops and restaurants.

Pro: Convenient location, lots of space in the apartment.

Contro: The bathroom has a sewer smell.

Fantastic apartment in a great area of Venice - Great value for money.

Pro: Adored this property. The location is fantastic, 15 min walk from the main areas. Had everything you could need for an apartment (hairdryer, washer, iron etc). Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby. Hosts were easy to contact and fast at replying. Working TV with access to streaming services etc.

Contro: The extractor fan over the oven was broken, can be a little noisy with people walking past, damp smell in the lower level and sewage smell in en-suite of main bedroom.

How to stay in Venice like a typical Venetian.

Pro: We really liked the atmosphere, the size of the rooms and the location.

Contro: We couldn't find how to operate the air conditioner.
