Pro: Visited Venice with a friend. Had an wonderful time in the guesthouse. The location, the house itself and the host are great! The host was available for inquiries all the time. Definitely recommended!

Pro: The house is very beautiful, and well equipped, we love the stairs, the sitting room and the dinning room! The place is very clean and comfortable, just feel like home but a lot to explore! The kitchen is nicely set up, Arianna and her daughter Martina is very nice, Martina showed us around the house and encouraged us to cook Italian coffee with her lovely coffee machine, and we cooked for 3nights for dinner with her well prepared cooking tools! The bed is comfy and the place is quiet, super good sleep there and we love it a lot!

Great location, amazing hosts, great value.

Pro: Our host met us at the water taxi stop and showed us to the flat. The location is fantastic. It was less than a 20 min. Walk to every where we wanted to go.

Pro: Very friendly and helpful owners, thoughtful. Contacted in time to help us get from the train station to the guest house. Came to receive us from the nearest waterbus stop (which is literally a 2-3minute walk), showed us around the house, provided a guide (in the form of a book) to help with nearby landmarks, places to eat. Approachable very easily. Very clean and tidy place. Would definitely recommend for staying.

Beautiful apartment in a glorious location

Pro: The location is superb and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The design of the apartment is wonderful and full of the essentials for a comfortable stay. Although we did not use the cooking facilities or the washing machine, they are all there and there is a SPA supermarket close by for the necessities of life (wine and cheeses)

Contro: I am a big guy and the spiral staircase was a bit tight but not something that can be changed

Pro: The accommodation was perfect and far exceeded our expectations. The apartment has been beautifully renovated and tastefully designed and decorated. It was so comfortable and located in a quiet and peaceful area while very close to everything we wanted to see in Venice. Highly recommend staying, you won’t be disappointed.

Pro: Wonderful 2 story apartment with many upgrades, lots of windows to make the space bright and airy, all amenities were great.

Pro: Idéalement situé au cœur de San Marco , les principaux sites sont accessibles en 15 min à pied Très jolie maisonnette décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien équipée. Merci à Martina et Adrianna pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur écoute.

Contro: Seul petit bémol (vraiment petit) la cafetière qui peut satisfaire les amateurs d’expresso mais n’est pas adapté pour des buveurs intensifs de café (1 seul mug peut etre fait à la fois.. un challenge tous les matins ) Logement non adapté pour des personnes a mobilité réduite mais cela est évident sur les photos donc aucune surprise de ce côté.
