Posizione ottima e rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente positivo

Pro: La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza principale di questa soluzione abitativa. Ho trovato molto soddisfacente anche l’interazione con l’host, anche se si è verificata solo telefonicamente o tramite messaggio. Ho sempre ricevuto risposte molto celeri. Inoltre ho molto apprezzato la disponibilità al check-in anticipato e al deposito bagagli il giorno della partenza, è qualcosa che non tutti concedono.

Contro: Il Wi-Fi non funziona bene al piano di sopra e non funziona affatto al piano di sotto. La dotazione della cucina è essenziale ma non potrei dire che si tratti di un punto negativo, soprattutto se il soggiorno è breve come il nostro (due notti). In ogni caso, aggiungerei qualche strofinaccio e carta per la cucina. Ho letto commenti molto negativi sulla muffa al piano di sotto, ma io onestamente non l’ho trovata, si vede che sono state apportate delle migliorie.

Pro: Alloggio veramente carino,ci siamo trovati molto bene. Staff , seppur non presente fisicamente, repentino nelle risposte. Vari ristoranti e locali accanto all' alloggio. Consigliato.

Pro: Location in posizione strategica a due passi dalla fermata del vaporetto e da piazza san marco. Zona cucina essenziale

Pro: The ideal location and the communication with the host. And they actually rang the doorbell to pick up the rubbish so that was great.

Contro: It was like two appartments one downstairs and the other upstairs but in the end it was okay .

Pro: Clean , spacious, in strict center do you are surrounded with Venice vibes

Pro: Location is top and inner atrium for breakfast made us feel comfortable.

Pro: The location is awesome. Clean and comfortable. Patio area is beautiful.

Contro: Kitchen utilities could be upgraded easily

Pro: Great apartment near Piazza San Marco. Easy to reach from airport even in the midnight. There are many cafes and shops around while the vaporetto station is quite near. The room is comfortable with facilities to even cook your own pasta! We received great assistance from Davide regarding our visit and we could leave our staff in the corridor for a couple of hours after we checked out.

Pro: Great location. The property is stylish, clean and easy to access. Everything is good.

Contro: The bed and sofa bed are very uncomfortable comfortable.

A fantastic location and a beautiful stay in a typical Venetian home. Will definitely use again.
