La Gondola - beautiful canal view

Soggiornato in occasione della Biennale.

Pro: Posizione deliziosa, fuori dalla confusione, con affaccio sul canale, semplice, ma anche accogliente e pulito

Pro: Le finestre direttamente sul canale. La zona tranquilla lontano dal traffico turistico.

Contro: Tutto ok

Pro: Buona posizione per spostarsi, sia a piedi che con il vaporetto. Appartamento accogliente

Contro: C'era poca luce in casa e utensili da cucina minimi

Pro: Ottima posizione e affaccio sul canale con finestre insonorizzanti. Biancheria e pulizie ok.

Contro: Suggerirei di aggiungere uno specchio o in camera o in corridoio suggerirei una password del Wi-Fi più semplice, ma per va bene anche così, ci siamo fatti una risata.

Pro: Casa spaziosa, pulita e posizione ottimale a 10 minuti da piazza san marco

Pro: Apartment has a nice location, nice view to the canal, near historic buildings, restaurants and cafe, clean, warm , all we need for a good stay, kindly staff, who welcomed us and accommodation

Pro: Location was good. Away from the busy centre but close enough to walk there Close to local bars and restaurants Double bed was really comfy and the canal view from the bedroom was lovely.

Contro: Somewhat small for 4 adults.

Probably a better location

Pro: Excellent location, but it was not possible to find it the first time. Took a photo in case anyone else runs into this problem. There is everything you need for a few days' stay. Comfortable, warm, cozy. The sea under the window! Nearby are good places to drink coffee or eat - without crowds of tourists. 40 minutes to the parking lot. 10 minutes to the square and the palace.

Contro: When moving in, I had to wait until the cleaning lady finished cleaning. But that is not critical. Well, I read about the mattress on the double bed in previous reviews, I agree, it should be changed...

Pro: Great location, right on the canal. Close to a supermarket for all your needs to make good of the apartment. Coffee shop just around the corner. Off the tourist beaten track so you can have some respite. Host Frederico is so helpful, warm and welcoming. The place was clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. A great home away from home while in Venice.

Contro: The canal is quite busy, so can be noisy when windows are open. The boats die off overnight though. No air con, remembering this is Europe. Fans in place, which were fine. A few mosquitos found their way unfortunately, but this can't be helped, just be prepared.

Great location with a lovely view, could do with a bit of modernising.

Pro: Lovely view of the canal, and very convenient - easy to walk to main sights of Venice. Nice to sit in the bedroom with the windows open and watch the boats go by. Had all the basics - clean bathroom, fridge, comfy bed (double), basic cutlery and crockery for breakfast. The person who met us with the key was friendly. The property was clean.

Contro: Communication was a little abrupt (eg when we said our train might be delayed). Would have been nice to have self check in with an access key, as it made the day a bit stressful knowing we had a hard deadline to arrive. We reported to the number given to us that the gas stove ignition was clicking and that the mosquito repellent was running low, but didn't receive a reply. The twin beds were not the comfiest (but the double bed was good). The microwave was on the draining board so not much space to use the sink. The kitchen and its equipment seemed a bit tired.
