Pro: Senza ombra di dubbio la disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità della signora Lisa e’ qualcosa di estremamente raro. E pertanto è ancora più piacevole!!

Ottimo soggiorno, super consigliato

Pro: Ottima posizione, vicino alla fermata Ospedale (4-5 minuti a piedi), nei dintorni sono presenti servizi di ristorazione e un market. L’appartamento è molto pulito e curato, con tutto ciò che può servire per il soggiorno. Lisa è stata molto gentile e disponbile e pronta a darci consigli in caso di necessità.

Pro: Clean and spacious, the place was practical. Unfortunately we left on the day of the transport strike but the owner helped us get a water taxi. I would recommend Ca' Lisa.

Pro: Very nice view over Venice Canal. the location is very romantic is big for Venice, has ac. It has a nice store near it.

Contro: I think the only think that I was disturbed by was the noise from boats, but I think that is available for any canal in Venice.

Pro: I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and wanted to share my positive experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center, yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The owner was incredibly communicative and responsive. They made the check-in and check-out process seamless and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. The apartment was equipped with everything I could possibly need. From kitchen utensils to bathroom essentials, everything was thoughtfully provided. The appliances and furnishings were modern and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Contro: While I enjoyed my stay at the apartment, I did encounter an issue that may affect light sleepers. The bedroom is situated right next to the canal, and the noise from the boat motors can be quite loud at times. However, there is another room available that is perfectly quiet and provides a more restful environment. So not a big deal.

Pro: This place is amazing. Great location, very clean and easy to find. I strongly recommend it to everyone!

Contro: It's imposible to sleep with the AC on because it's making a loud noise every few minutes.

Pro: Great spot - close to the vaporetto stop and walking distance to St Mark’s square and the Biennale. Comfortable and cosy and Lisa is a kind and thoughtful host.

Pro: Excellent location, beautifully presented. Lisa's apartment has everything you could need. As a host Lisa was very helpful. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything. We loved our time in Venice.

Lovely apartment

Pro: Lovely spacious apartment in Venice, with a canal view. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. It was easy to get to the airport ferry and ideal for wandering around and exploring Venice.
