Would recommend ! Filippo who checked us in was lovely.

Pro: Fab location ,short walk to ospedale ferry terminal to get water bus to airport , lots of restaurants nearby and very clean and comfortable beds and spacious apartment.

Contro: Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 12.05 am and although we were aware of the 135 euros late check in fee from the start, it’s still pretty hefty price to pay . Would have been nice if there were some condiments in the kitchen like salt and pepper and tea bags and complimentary bottled water just for the first day of arrival since we arrived so late and supermarket closed . Thankfully there were some coffee capsules . Sofa in living room a tad hard to sit on and more pillows would have been nice .

Pro: A spacious and well-arranged flat, within walking distance of all main sights. Very clean. Recently renewed - everything, from the beds and closest to the last of tea spoons in the drawers seemed to come out of the IKEA catalogue. We were a party of five and there was enough room for everybody. Having two bathrooms is a great advantage. And the kitchen is well- equipped. We had communocation with the owner - we had some problems operating the heating and they sent a video explainging how to do it late at night.

Contro: The garbage managment is a bit of a bother. When you're on a vacation, one has no wish to chase a garbage boat early in the morning There isn't enough sitting palce in the living room for five people - only a small sofe. And there's no TV

Pro: Very nice flat, fully renovated with a lot of space. The area is great.

Pro: Vom Flughafen aus sehr einfach zu erreichen, man fährt mit der Alilaguna(blaue Linie) bis Haltestelle Ospedale(ca. 35 min) von dort aus ca. 3 min zu Fuß bis zum Appartement, in einer ruhigen netten Umgebung, Supermarkt kl.Cafes, kl.Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe, auch sehr Zentral , einige Minuten zur Rialtobrücke,Markusplatz etc. Das Appartement hat drei große Schlafzimmer mit großen Doppelbetten, zwei Duschen/WC, Wohnküche mit großem Esstisch passend für sechs Pers. Sauber und modern eingerichtet, man hat sich wohl gefühlt. Für Familien oder auch kleine Reisegruppen zu empfehlen.

Contro: Spültabs für die Spülmaschine wären von Vorteil. Die Müllentsorgung war ein wenig problematisch, man musste den Müll morgens (6:30-8:30) zum Müll-Boot , etwa 6-7 min entfernt, wegbringen . Es ist machbar, dennoch umständlich bei der Abreise.

Pro: El alojamiento era muy amplio, limpio y a 9 minutos de la Plaza de San Marcos. Además si venías desde el aeropuerto, tenía un vaporetto que dejaba al lado. Todo perfecto.

Pro: Καλή τοποθεσία, εύκολη μεταφορά από και προς το αεροδρόμιο ,ήσυχη γειτονιά . Το κατάλυμα ήταν καθαρό με άνετα κρεβάτια, ζεστό νερό όλες τις ώρες.

Contro: 1)Δεν υπήρχαν πιαστράκια για τις πετσέτες του μπάνιου ( χρειάζονται οπωσδήποτε!! Δεν έχει που να κρεμάσεις τις πετσέτες μετά το μπάνιο) 2)Έχει καφετιέρα εσπρεσσο η οποία χρειάζεται συντήρηση και αφαλάτωση
