Buon soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento situato in zona comodissima, a due passi dai Giardini della Biennale e dalla fermata Giardini dei vaporetti. Struttura molto accogliente, luminosa, particolarmente adatta ad una coppia o ad una famiglia. La posizione ad un piano alto garantisce anche una bella visuale sui tetti intorno all'edificio. Check-in puntualissimo ed estrema disponibilità dell'host alle nostre richieste.

Contro: Come già scritto in altre recensioni l'appartamento è posto al secondo piano dell'edificio senza ascensore e con scale molto ripide, quindi non adatto a persone con limitazioni. Abbiamo avuto un qualche disguido con la chiusura elettrica dei velux (che non ha consentito di oscurare la luce) ma penso sia stato un caso perchè non leggo di altri che abbiamo avuto lo stesso problema. Odore spiacevole in bagno.

Comodissima e molto confortevole.

Pro: Struttura in posizione strategica per Biennale e spostamenti in vaporetto. Pulita e silenziosa

Contro: Prezzo troppo alto per la scarsa qualità del servizio di accoglienza che ha inviato 20 messaggi da due persone diverse, pretendendo un’ora esatta di arrivo e stressando ogni ora. Altra grande pecca: se avete problemi a fare scale, evitate. Vano scale molto angusto e scalini stretti non proprio sicuri.

Pro: Appartamento molto bello pulito e confortevole e servizi ottimi e posizione Fantastica, siamo stati molto bene!

Contro: Qualche pentola in più per cucinare , non adatta a persone anziane o con disabilità perché ci sono tre rampe di scale molto ripide senza ascensore

Pro: L'appartamento che è proprio come in foto, è collocato in una posizione molto comoda e tranquilla, è vicino ai vaporetti dei Giardini della Biennale e vicino a via Garibaldi dove potete trovare anche un piccolo supermercato, struttura pulita, accogliente , al piano superiore ci sono altre due camere con letti singoli ideale per le famiglie

Pro: Good location. Everything walkable. Very warm rooms.

Contro: Washing machine didn't work,not big deal as we stayed only 2 nights, but it was leaking,paddle on floor all the time. Bathroom had bad smell,from pipes. Bed wasn't very comfortable.

Great apartment!

Pro: Great apartment! Clean and very well equipped. Communication with the owner was fantastic. Is located close to restaurants and shops.

Contro: Bathroom shower needs more attention to clean.

Very chic and bright apartment. The rest of the building (stairs) is dirty and disappointing.

Pro: I liked the spaces and all the services inside the apartment, the highness and the view.

Contro: I didn't like the entrance of the palace, and the dirty stairs to reach the apartment. There is a mess in the small yard outside the palace, but above all the carpet along the last part of the stairs is very dirty. Another bad thing is that the walls of the apartment are very thin and during the night there were unpleasant noises from the apartment next to ours.

Will be booking this apartment again :)

Pro: Location is great. Very close to ferry stop and quiet streets.

Contro: All good but maybe some carpets as the floors were cold.

Pro: The flat was really nice. It was clean, quite spacious with good view, you could even see the sea. The beds were rather comfy. Kitchen is well equipped, everything you need was there. The location was good as well. Pretty close to all the main attractions, vaporetto stations, restaurants (cafe Majer serves great coffee and Nevodi PizzaLab makes amazing pizza to go) plus there’s a supermarket just around the corner.

Contro: There were couple of things. First of all you need to take into consideration there are very steep stairs, it’s not a major concern, but be aware. Then we missed the ironing board, asked for it specifically but never got it, again not the big issue but if you stay for a week, you’d need to iron some of your clothes. The third and most disturbing thing was the bathroom. It was clean, comfortable and big enough, with white towels, but it was very stinky.

we had a wonderful time. Nothing to fault - exceeded our expectations.

Pro: Great location and wonderful space for a family. Check in was very easy and the company accommodated all of our requests (organising water taxi and an extra day stay) quickly and easily.

Contro: Nothing!
