Pro: Appartamento a due passi da ponte dell'Accademia e dieci minuti da Piazza San Marco e Rialto. Mariana è super gentile e l'accoglienza è da 10 e lode. Appartamento in una corte tranquillissima e affascinante. Sono inclusi dei piacevolissimi omaggi di benvenuto. Torneremo di sicuro.

Non vediamo l'ora di tornare nella vostra bella casa che per qualche gg abbiamo sentito un pò nostra

Pro: La cortesia e la disponibilità dell'host ci hanno reso l'arrivo e la partenza agevoli e questo ha avuto un impatto molto positivo sul soggiorno. L'appartamento era ben curato e dotato di ogni comfort...vi erano persino i k-way e gli ombrelli in caso di pioggia, lavatrice e ferro da stiro in caso di necessità. La bottiglia di benvenuto di prosecco in frigo dà la misura del senso di accoglienza e ospitalità di queste persone, tanto gentili da attenderci all'arrivo alla fermata del vaporetto e sempre pronte, prima e durante il soggiorno, a fornirci le informazioni e i suggerimenti utili. Davvero un'esperienza positiva!

Contro: Difficile trovare dei punti a sfavore... L'appartamento è situato al piano terraneo e stando in casa si avverte un pò di umidità, ma questo a Venezia, specie ai piani bassi, credo sia inevitabile. Una sera abbiamo dimenticato di chiudere completamente la finestra della camera da letto e al mattino ci hanno svegliato i rumori di piatti provenienti dalle cucine del vicino \

Pro: An absolutely exceptional stay. The apartment is impeccable, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Perfectly clean, extremely comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Venice. You can truly feel the care and dedication behind the hosting. We felt completely at home and would return without hesitation

Comfortable stay at a very convenient location

Pro: Mariana was an exceptionally welcoming and helpful host from start to finish. She kindly allowed us to leave our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which made our stay much more convenient. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of the city — just a 5-minute walk to the Galleria dell’Accademia and about 10 minutes to St. Mark’s Basilica and St. Zachariah Church. The water transport stops are also very close by, making it easy to get around. Everything was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials. The shower was spacious with excellent water pressure, and the bed was large and very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Contro: We stayed in January with very low temperatures, it was a bit cold in the apartment at the beginning as there's no heating, only AC.

Contro: The only thing to be aware of is the PowerPoints. They have a Venetian PowerPoint and not a European socket.

An enjoyable stay in a beautiful city.

Pro: It was very convenient to the centre of Venice and 5 minutes walk to a Vaporetto stop. It was clean and comfortable. The host met us at the Vaporetto stop and showed us everything in the apartment.

Contro: The property could do with a dryer as it is difficult to dry clothes.

Pro: Our hosts attention to providing comfortable accommodation was excellent and most appreciated. Communication was easy and check in personalised. The addition of antique furnishings to complement the past is a welcomed touch.

Contro: Absolutely nothing … it’s a great accomodation!!

Pro: Location to waterbus was great Hostess Marianna was wonderful She met us when we arrived and the apartment was well stocked with basic things we needed. Lovely apartment and Marianna was extremely Helpful and very kind Highly recommended
