Splendido soggiorno

Pro: Posizione ottima, la zona è piena di servizi e molto bella, ci si sposta comodamente a piedi o con il vaporetto. I servizi della location e l'ospitalità sono stati impeccabili!

Contro: Peccato prendesse molto poco il WiFi e la televisione non funzionasse.

Pro: posizione strategica per la visita della città, allo stesso tempo ai margini dei circuiti di massa. Semplicità e pulizia.

Soggiorno gradevole e tranquillo in un’ottima zona .

Pro: La posizione è sicuramente ottima . L’appartamento è piccolo , ma confortevole e pulito .

Contro: Qualche accessorio in bagno potrebbe migliorare la funzionalità

Pro: Stanza grande e pulita Posizione non centrale ma comunque in una via molto viva con possibilità di cena e dopocena Staff super disponibile e gentile

Contro: Bagno piuttosto piccolo, senza bidet, doccia rotta

It was ok for the money paid.

Pro: The location was great. 20 minute walk to the closest water bus which was ideal and round the corner is a CO-OP. The area itself was very nice, had lovely restaurants etc. the bed was lovely and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for cooking etc.

Contro: The shower head didn’t fit the fixture properly so would fall down as soon as the shower turned on. The toilet made a strange sound every few minutes (almost like a flush but wasn’t being flushed) the toaster didn’t work (could have been user error) the upstairs neighbour we had was extremely loud. Constantly stomping around and shouting (which obviously isn’t the hosts fault but just shows how thin the ceiling is) There is a light that stays on outside which is quite distracting when trying to sleep so I’d probably suggest a curtain gets installed to block that out.

Would recommend and use again

Pro: The property was lovely and comfortable in a perfect area. The owner was friendly and helpful.

Pro: No applicable. But good to have olive oil, balsamic, anger salt and pepper there

Contro: An option to draw down a bling over the front door

Great location and a very friendly host

Pro: The location was perfect, close to waterbus stop and short walking distance from the main square and the downtown. The apartment was just off a street full of restaurants, but it was super quiet, and we could have really great rest! It was amazing to have a supermarket and a café with good coffee just next door. The self check-in was super easy and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Further, the apartment is freshly renovated, spotless clean, and equipped with all the necessities. We absolutely recommend it and would definitely book again if we are back in Venice! By the way, Venice is pure magic! Please go asap if you still didn't have a chance :)

Contro: I wish we stayed longer :)

Pro: Well located, the staff are very attentive and friendly. Close to transport stops, supermarkets, bars, the main tourist attractions accessible on foot

Contro: The only aspect to improve has to do with the quality of the internet connection (very poor).
