Pro: La posizione ottima davvero. I climatizzatori funzionano bene e la casa è ristrutturata a nuovo. L ho trovata molto accogliente.

Contro: Alcuni accorgimenti per rendere il soggiorno più piacevole potrebbero essere ad es uno strofinaccio per asciugarsi le mani e gli utensili in cucina (non essendoci lo scolapiatti), non c'è il ferro da stiro (anche se c'è scritto di si) e una carineria in più sarebbe potuto essere trovare uno shampino e/o una bottiglia d acqua. Son tutte piccole cose che in un appartamento fanno la differenza. Per il resto la casa va benissimo ed è accogliente. Scomodo il discorso caparra al check out

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione posizionato vicinissimo a piazza San Marco

Pro: Posizione ottima! a due passi da piazza San Marco riuscivamo a spostarci facilmente verso qualsiasi luogo di attrazione...L'appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico, dall'esterno potrebbe sembrare vecchio ma all'interno è molto carino, di recente ristrutturazione e arredato con cura!

Contro: La pulizia poteva essere fatta in maniera più accurata

Must stay location in San Marco

Pro: The perfect location to be, central to everything you need and want to see in and arround San Marco and very modern suite. Close to the water taxi locations made it so easy to navigate Venice. Milly was an exceptional host, fantastic communication leading up to our arrival and through out our stay, she help us with any quiery we had and efficiently. The suite was very spacious for my wife and myself with everthing you need to be at home.

Contro: Nothing to mention as it was perfect for us

Overall, a comfortable stay in a great location that made exploring Venice easy. Highly recommend.

Pro: Fantastic location near Piazza San Marco, very central and easy to explore Venice from. Perfect for a short stay if you want to see the main attractions with limited time on the island. The building felt safe and secure, and the apartment was comfortable.

Contro: Our initial host wasn’t very welcoming or responsive, and we didn’t have toilet paper for the first 24 hours so had to buy our own. It was eventually resolved, but not an ideal start to the stay.

Amazing location, amazing place.

Pro: It was a great location, clean, and very user-friendly! Milene was amazing too!

Contro: The only concern was that the shower fell off the wall and we couldn’t use it properly during our stay.

We loved the apartment as it was spacious, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Would certainly stay again!! Milly

Pro: The location is excellent. St Marks square is literally around the corner. Great area to explore and get lost in.
