Meraviglioso soggiorno in centro a Venezia…ci siamo sentiti veneziani!!!

Pro: Appartamento delizioso e spazioso in pieno centro, pulizia ottimale, prodotti di cortesia sia in cucina (sale zucchero the caffè) che in bagno (shampoo crema solare bagnoschiuma sapone), proprietari gentili e disponibili, facilmente contattabili e pronti a rispondere, posizione invidiabile, proprio sopra la meravigliosa libreria dell’acqua alta, con affaccio sulla tipica piazzetta e scorcio anche sul canale da una delle camere. Siamo stati meravigliosamente!

Pro: Great location! Easy to get to St. Marks and the grand canal. Right by the most beautiful bookstore in Venice!

Contro: I’d like a night light for the bathroom.

Venetian style flat overlooking the canal and close to the main sightseeing sites

Pro: The property is in the centre of Venice close to all main sightseeing places. It is has lots of Venetian characters overlooking the canal which made it even more special. The property was everything what we needed for our family. Maybe more pots would be useful.

Contro: The flat was adjoining to other flat and divided only by door where you could see light and hear people.

Pro: Clean, great location about 10 minutes from Rialto, St Marks and Ospedale. Very responsive and helpful owner, good a/cin flat.

Contro: The kitchen is small and well designed. It's a shame that the fridge does not have a small freezer/ice box

Good stay

Pro: The apartment was v spacious, neat and clean and we had a comfortable stay. It is also in great location not v far from Grand Canal.

Contro: Booking.com was not sending me email notifications of the messages that the host was sending me. As I didnt have the app installed and was relying on the email notifications, I missed out on the checkin instructions. Same happened with the extra charges that need to be payed (city tax, cleaning tax etc.). I did not receive any of these messages via email n hence didn't know about it. The host and I sorted it out but the experience could have been much better. Booking should send message alerts on email and not expect everyone to download the app. You possibly can't if using 5 booking sites for all ur bookings.

Pro: Lovely apartment, well equipped, great location and we had very helpful advice while being shown around the property.

Comfortable stay and the apartment is in a safe location

Pro: Rooms were very large with high ceiling, compact kitchen with dining table.

Contro: Single bathroom with toilet which was a bit difficult to manage for 5 people. Location mentioned in booking website seemed close to Rialto Bridge but it is about 15 mins walk from the Rialto Bridge.

Pro: Property was very spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The host, Ms Elena was an extremely good host. She was very friendly and it was easy to communicate with her. She was also very accommodating to all our needs. Will highly recommend this property
