Perfectly located, Ca Moretta has everything you need for a fantastic stay!

Pro: We had a fantastic stay in Ca’ Moretta. The location is absolutely perfect and very central so we were able to pop back between seeing various sights. The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need. Carlotta was very helpful in check-in and shared some good local restaurants/bakeries which we tried out and enjoyed. I would definitely look to stay again if/when we return to Venice.

Stylish apartment in the heart of Venice

Pro: Lovely apartment with all the facilities you'd want for a self catering stay. TV and A/C in both bedrooms double and twin), very well equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine and dining table, plus all the kitchenware). Good sized, nicely decorated rooms with plenty of storage and extras like a PS3 and CD player. Location is outstanding, very close to St Marks Square, grand canal and the main shopping and restaurant area. Less than a minute from the Theatro (worth doing the tour).

Contro: The only real issue we had was that the apartment is up about six flights of stairs and for someone not in top fitness in 40 deg heat, this was a real issue, especially on arrival with heavy suitcases. Of course, there's nothing they can do about it, and for many people this won't be a problem, but it is something worth knowing. Otherwise, the shower temperature is tricky to control and the water pressure is quite low.

Pro: Nice, big and clean apartment. Very good location. Kind and helpful staff!

Contro: No elevator, lot of stairs. Poor wifi signal.

Contro: Whilst there were 80 steps to climb it was well worth it for apartment, location close to all shops around Marco Pollo

Pro: The apartment was great and in a fantastic location for all the main attractions within Venice. The hosts were more than willing to assist us with locating some delayed luggage.

Pro: Everything was amazing, beautiful property and the owner was lovely and very helpful

Pro: The host was lovely greeting us with a bottle of cava she also explained everything we may need ,even down to where to find the best supermarket. The apartment was lovely, just like a home from home, with everything you need. It was also excellent value for money as its in the San Marco area which is the more expensive place to stay, as its near all the main attractions but this apartment was very reasonable. All in all an excellent place to stay.

Contro: The only down side is there is no lift and its 5 flights of stairs ,this was no problem for us but if you have poor mobility this could be an issue

Pro: Location excellent. Lovely large apartment well equipped and comfortable

Contro: Bathroom smelt a bit probably due to drains
