Pro: Struttura eccellente, davvero perfetta per la vicinanza a piazza S. Marco, pulita e organizzata in tutto, persino 3 tv oltre che nelle 2 camere da letto anche nella sala da pranzo. Arredata con gusto, cucina attrezzata e vivibile 2 camere da letto spaziose e due bagni di cui uno con doccia emozionale e uno con idromassaggio..... sembrava do stare in una Spa! Accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Poii la ciliegina sulla torta..... ci hanno fatto trovare il. Prosecco!!!! Grazie!!!! Torneremo!!!!!

Pro: Adiacente al teatro La Fenice, vicina anche a Pizza San Marco. Struttura recentemente ristrutturata, ampia e pulita. Carinissima l’idea della sauna in appartamento.

Pro: La casa era proprio nella miglior posizione possibile, pulitissima, ben tenuta e con servizi sopra le aspettative, siamo stati benissimo!

Great location for sure and quiet but furniture’s not at standard

Pro: Location is great and very quiet. Spacious apartment and well secured. The sauna was good to use. Good material inside like the washing machines and others. Good blinds on the windows. Access to the small street and San marco square really easy. Really great location.

Contro: Beds are not at the standard and in General furniture’s quite cheap. Bed do make noise at every movements and not really solid ones. Sofa not comfortable nor solid, no decoration, coffee machine Lavazza ok but quite difficult to find the right caps to use it, nice there were some left.

Pro: I highly recommend staying at this modern and spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with air conditioning. The place was spotlessly clean and perfectly located for exploring and “getting lost” in the charming streets of Venice. The washer and dryer were a much-appreciated convenience during our stay. Audrey was incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to communicate with.

Great central location to Piazza San Marco

Pro: Great central location to all the main attractions. Apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything you required. Fabulous restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Easy correspondence with owner who responded very quickly.

Contro: Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working and it could not be fixed during our stay. We had to leave the windows open at night and this attracted a lot of mosquito’s and unfortunately we received numerous bites.

Lovely stay, great hosting, great location.

Pro: Everything except lack of windows, natural light, no view. Otherwise the apartment was lovely, clean, great location. The sauna was very nice !

Contro: No windows, no view, no natural light

Pro: Modern, very clean and well equipped and great location. Only one short flight of steps to front door. Very secure and quiet.
