Pro: Location (amazing location right in the heart of venice and basically a couple of mins straight walk to St Marks square) Surprisingly spacious (2 large bedrooms and a living room as well). Having 2 bathrooms is also a plus (one is N ensuite and the other is a seperate bathroom) Located on the first floor only (I.e 1 set of stairs) and the stairs are fairly large and wide (makes carrying luggage up easier). I would consider this a big advantage in the context of Venice and comparing this to other property in Venice

Contro: Rubbish disposal can be a bit tricky - instructions are provided but it is a bit of an adventure Also no oven but other than that kitchen is fully suitable for cooking

Pro: The only thing that's not okay is that the people upstairs wake up at 4 or 5 am And then stomped on the wooden floor, making a very loud noise, It makes me wake up every night because of that annoying sound.

Our stay was great we enjoyed our time in the nice apartment

Pro: The apartment was well presented, we were greeted nicely,the location was great (close to many stores) , the place itself was clean and spacious and provided all the facilities we needed .

The location is excellent — just near St. Mark’s Square, with all the sights, a supermarket, and restaurants close by. The area is fairly quiet, although the wooden floors mean you can sometimes hear neighbors walking in some rooms. The apartment had everything I needed, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Pro: Great location and clean rooms with great facilities. Showers and bathroom were perfect. There were enough A/C units and fans to keep us cool in the Venice heat!

Contro: some issue with hot water, staff try to fix it another day but i would say the hot water was somehow working but deffinetly not properly

Pro: Location is perfect, just a few steps to San Marco Square and Vallaresso vaporetto stop. The renovated apartment lies in a side alley off the high-end shopping street of Venice. It's on the first floor and of course no lift. It has two bathrooms. We were seven adults and were very comfortable

Contro: There are three air-conditioners but all are extremely noisy. We prefered to switch them off. Also the shower water temperature is uncontrollable.
