Fantastico, appartamento ampio e comodo, riscaldato all’arrivo e ben pulito. In posizione centrale

Pro: A 70 metri da piazza San Marco. Centralissimo Il proprietario fantastico, sempre presente per ogni richiesta. Ritornerò!

Pro: Ho soggiornato questo appartamento per 3 giorni a Calle Specchieri a Venezia. Sono rimasto estremamente soddisfatto, bel.oltre le iniziali aspettative. La pulizia è impeccabile, e l'arredamento sobrio e moderno crea un ambiente accogliente e rilassante. L'host Francesco è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile a fornire informazioni utili. Inoltre, la posizione è strategica: a pochi passi da Piazza San Marco, perfetta per esplorare la città. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento per un soggiorno piacevole e senza stress a Venezia!

Pro: L’appartamento è molto grande composto da: cucina e sala, 2 bagni e camera matrimoniale. Si trova in una posizione veramente centrale e strategica per vedere comodamente la città. Proprietario disponibile nel risolvere qualsiasi problematica.

Contro: Il letto ed i cuscini non sono comodissimi e la doccia un po’ piccola.

Pro: Posizione centralissima (pochi passi da San Marco), appartamento asciutto, al terzo piano con ascensore e pulitissimo. Cucina fornita di tutto, due bagni, letto molto comodo

Pro: Extremely comfortable accommodation for staying. The location is right in the city center. Communication with the host was very easy and quick, and he provided excellent recommendations on places to visit. The apartment was clean and cozy. Thank you!

Pro: Location, everything we need for comfortable stay was there. 2bathrooms. Francesco is excellent host meet us at arrival and gave us some great tips.

Wonderful stay, in a central, lovely, well furnished apartment, with a very helpful host.

Pro: Franchesco met us at the door to the apartment, and he even carried out bags up the stairs! He was a wonderful host, sent links to restaurants, where the local supermarket was, showed us around the apartment and how access worked. He checked during our stay to make sure everything was OK and if we needed any help when leaving - we didn't but what a fantastic offer! Thank you so much, you were great!

Contro: As mentioned by others, the lift was often not working (despite the efforts of our host) but if you book an historic, old, third floor apartment you expect a few stairs to contend with! We found it simply added to the charm, and gave us a bit of a workout! Not a problem really at all!

Pro: Spacious apartment perfectly located 2 minutes from St Mark’s Square. Francesco was very helpful and informative. Thanks. We loved the courtyard view from the windows. Great restaurants very close by. We would stay here again if visiting Venice.

Contro: Delay when picking up keys, waiting outside after pre-agreed pick up time. Host took awhile to come.
