Pro: Ottima posizione, alloggio spazioso ,confortevole e ben tenuto

Pro: Matteo ci ha accolto in modo impeccabile! Struttura comoda e facile da raggiungere; tutto perfetto! Da ripetere!

Contro: Suggerisco di mettere a disposizione delle prese anti zanzare; ce n‘erano già nonostante ci siano le zanzariere su alcune finestre.

Great stay, would recommend.

Pro: Spacious, great location, comfortable beds, air conditioning worked well, friendly and responsive host

Contro: The washing machine was actually on the ground floor not in the apartment itself which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner.

Enjoyable authentic Venetian stay

Pro: We were in Venice during the week when all water taxis were booked out. Really appreciated the fact the apartment is within walking distance to Venice Santa Lucia and Piazzale Roma. The apartment is charming with modern furniture styled together old wooden furniture that suits the style of a Venetian home.

Contro: It was on a popular street so there is occasional pedestrian noise. A bit farther to the main attractions but the proximity to transport points to and from the mainland is a real boon.

Perfect place for family time

Pro: Lovely spacious apartment for a family or group of friends. Very good contact with the host, Pietro. It had all we needed - washing machine is a big plus! Perfect location, nice restaurant are just round the corner and so are the vaporetto stops. We all really loved it!

Contro: Some strange beeping could be heard at night from the outside. I think it's kind of seagull scarer and it's quite loud - yet it's not something the owner can change.

Nice place to stay and we would stay again.

Pro: The host and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The host was also very responsive. They very generously allowed us to drop off our luggage early too! This was very convenient for the vaporetto. We enjoyed our stay.

Contro: Lack of an elevator required carrying luggage up and down one set of steps. This was in the description and we were aware of it. However, we had a lot of luggage.

Great apartment for a long weekend in Venice

Pro: Nice apartment with all the facilities we needed for a long weekend, including a good shower. Good location near the bus and train terminals as well as boat stations. Good communication from Pietro who met us (after our delayed flight) to let us in.

Pro: Very nice appartment, quiet area. Easy to reach by Vaporetto and walking distance from the main train station.

Pro: Very cozy rustic apartment, situated in the center of Venice.

Contro: The apartment has a few mechanical quirks, but they are all presented in their brochure, so no issues.

Comfy, clean, close to everything!

Pro: The location is walking distance from train station, there are lots of restaurants and shops nearby, the place was clean, spacious and has all amenities you can possibly need. The host was very easy to communicate with and helpful, this place was honestly grand! It was much better than I expected it.

Contro: The only thing I guess is not great is the fact that there’s just one bathroom and there was six of us (4 adults and 2 kids) but that’s not something that a showering schedule can’t fix. So overall I liked everything.
